(Queen)

I Walked in my apartment and crashed on the couch exhausted."Nanny!" Syria jumped on my stomach kissing my cheek. I smiled and sat up pulling her on my lap. "Hey girly" I kissed her forehead while playing with her curly hair.

Soon, Cheyenne came in the living room taking her away from me and put her in her high chair."Wassup Sis" I asked grabing an apple off the kitchen table. I turned around and saw Chey smiling at her phone.I chuckled and went upstairs to take a shower and get ready.

15 minutes later:

I Walked out to my bed and began putting my on my Dress and slipped on my heels. My began ringing as i pulled it off my nightstand. It was a Text From Danni.

Danni:Hey girl.

Queen:I just put on my heels you ready?

Danni:Actually, something came up.

Queen:um...ok?

Danni:You remember my Ex- Cameron?

Queen:what about him?

Danni:He just came to my house and asked for my forgiveness and asked me to go to mexico with him tonight.

Queen:oh Thats nice...

Danni:And we leave in an Hour...

My heart dropped. How dare she choose him over me?On my birthday. . .

Queen:oh...

Danni:Im Sorry. But you know how much i loved him.

Queen:yea whatever. Have fun.

I locked my phone and pulled off my heels.I laid on my bed and began crying my eyes out. I dont know why but whenever Cameron comes in between Danni and I, I begin to feel like the third wheel. But its whatever right?

My phone rang again only this time it was, Derrian. I smiled wide and answered his call.

Queen:Hello?

Derrian:Aww. You sound like you've been crying.

Queen:*laughs* Sorta. wassup?

Derrian:I was calling to see if you had any plans for you birthday.

Queen:not at the moment. why?

Derrian:cause I was wondering if i could take you to dinner for your birthday.

Queen:I would love to go to dinner with you!

Derrian:Be ready at 7'o clock.

Queen:Ok.

Derrian:See you soon beautiful.

With that, he hung up. I smiled and walked into my closet pulling out a new dress. I got changed into a black lace v-neck dress , my black ysl pumps . and put on my gold infinity necklace on.

An hour later:

The door bell rang and I had just finished my make up. I grabbed my gold YSL clutch, keys and phone and carefully walked down the stairs. I guess Cheyenne answered the door because I heard them conversing.

"Nanny! You look Pretty."she Gasped as I kissed her cheek.

"Yes she does." I felt a pair of hands grab my waist and pull me up. I smiled and turned around to face him. "Thank you!"

"C'mon, I made a reservation at Longhorn Stakehouse."He guided me to his white Range. I stepped in his car as well as him and we took off.

(Dinner)

-Derrian-

The waitress walked us to our reserved table and handed us our menus. I pulled a chair out for Queen and took a seat myself.

We immediately began scanning for our dinner. "Get whatever your heart desires" I assured her. She looked up at me with a concerned looked. I nodded and she smiled and continued to look in the booklet.

"Hi My name is Tanya your waitress can I start off with drink order?"The waitress took out her note pad.

"Um I would like a. . . peach mango tea please."

"And I would like a Coke." The waitress nodded and went to the back.

I glanced at Queen who was texting on her phone.she had her braids half up and half down with a a gold headpiece dangling around her face,her red plump lips were extra glossy, and the light eyeshadow complemented her brown eyes.

She looked up at me and smiled."what?"

I sighed."Just looking at my future."She looked down blushing.I chuckled and texted her.

Derrian:why you looked down ma?

Queen:No one's told me that before. ya know?

Derrian:I understand. But I wanna ask you sum.

Queen: Shoot.

I looked up at her and smiled.

"Wanna be my Girl?"

She looked down and began texting. I Frowned and looked down, somewhat embarrassed. I wanted to leave on the spot, she just rejected me on the cool.

My phone buzzed in my pocket and i took it out to see a text message.

Queen:We'll see by what the night brings us ;)

I looked up at her as she was smiling. I replied;

Derrian:Then be Prepared to be blown away baby. ;)
