It's been three days since the drama happened in the Cafe. After Manik left as expected all the curious gazes turned into myriads of questions.. Questions from Sara, our owner and few of his crazy jealous fans who just bashed me for no reason.. Actually they did have a reason MANIK.. Sara has been acting weirdly since then and our owner is trying to give me VIP treatment and Manik.. I sighed thinking about his odd behavior.
He hasn't told me what to do yet. I really have no idea what's cooking up in his head. But one thing for sure Manik means trouble..!! He just showed up once at my work place and all my life has changed in every aspect..!! Well he has been polite too.. We had dinner and breakfasts sometimes in these three days. He didn't turn up with any of his sexy models since then and soo on..!!
Now I'm getting ready for work thinking about what future has for me when the door burst opened making me jump on my place.. I turned to see Manik standing there taking in my appearance from head to toe before focusing on my face again and scowling..!!
"Where are u going?" Really Einstein?? I'm dressed in my uniform.. Where can I go ??
"Cafe..!!" I replied and resumed my work GETTING READY while noticing him in the mirror..!! He gritted his teeth and in two long strides he was right behind me..!!
"It's Saturday..!!" He tried to be more specific..!! Oohh.. He doesn't know. !!
"Mani- un Sir..!! I work all days to earn more..!!" He smirked..!! What?? What was there to smirk about..!!
"You really want to call me Manik.. Eh ??" He is soooooooooo self obsessed.. God..!! But yes..!! Why can't I call him by his name.. He has no problem his fans addressing him anyways..!! I pout at the thought when I heard
"Call me Manik.." Huh... May be I didn't hear correctly..
"What ??" I tried to clarify..!! To which he towered over me making me bend backwards.. He looks.. Scary..!! I gulped..!!
"R u partially deaf or what ?? Or u have sworn to annoy me.? Ya fir.. You do all this on purpose just to test my Patience...??"
None of the above.. Maybe If u start behaving normally I'll be less confused.. Mr. Enigma..!!
These words were itching to come out of my mouth but I held my tongue..!!
"Call me Manik.. Okay..!!" And now that's a order.. How sweet..?? Hun..!! I nodded for the monster in response..!!
"Good.." He appreciated and took a step back making me relax as I started getting oxygen back to my lungs..
"Now..!! You are not going anywhere..!! Call in sick..!! U need training..!!" He barked orders leaving no room for discussion.. But how can I just take an off, just because he is telling me to..
"Training?? for what ?? And I just took off 3 days ago.. I can't take leaves this frequently.. They'll kick me out..!!"
I tried to be reasonable..!!
"And me Nandu..?? Aren't u scared I can kick u out as well..??" His voice was menacingly low and threatening..!! "So.. Do as I say..!! I don't think u should have any problem.. Besides u r getting a place or should I say Palace to live.. U don't need money now.. And I'll pay u.." Finishing his sentence he cocked his brow in my direction and I nodded mutely.. I can tell the jerk is impressed by himself coz he smiled at his victory and clapped before rubbing both his palms..
"About Training.. Yes...!! Do you dance ?"
"Hun?? What ??" He and his bizarre questions never cease to surprise me..!!
"What ?? What is wrong with u?? Can u do one thing.. just one thing without asking any questions??" I frowned listening to his tone..!! "Now just answer my question without your what.. Hun kya?? But?? Lekin.. Etc etc.. Got it..."
