Chapter One
Everyone wonders why I'm so loyal, so truthful. I won't back stab you, even if you back stab me. Well, it all started in nineteen seventeen, a year before my brother died. At the time, I was only four years old, but for four I was very mature. If I promised my brother something, I never broke that promise. Even though it's two-thousand and eleven, and my brother has been dead for ninty-three years, I will honor my promises.
He told me never to lie, never to change for someone. And I haven't and never will. I haven't lied to anyone in the time being, but to be honest none of them have ever asked the most important question in which I'd have to lie to. Are you a vampire. If they don't ask, theres no point in telling them, now is there?
Some people are a momma's boy or a daddy's girl, but I'm neither. I'm a brother's girl, and that's all I will ever be. I will never love someone like a sibling, other than my blood related brother.
I remember when Dr. Cullen told me there was nothing he could do, to save my brother or my family. I screamed at him, pounded on his leg, told him I hated him. Telling him I hated him wasn't a first. When I first met Dr. Cullen, I hated him. I didn't know why, but it was something... something about him that didn't seem normal.
The only time I left my brother's side was to use the restroom, and that was it. Dr. Cullen brought me food when he came to check in on my brother, and of course I thanked him. I might not have been fond of him but I would never forget the manners my brother told me and taught me to use.
I still haven't broken the promises I made to my brother, and there's a lot.

3) Don't talk to strangers, unless they talk to you
4) Never act like you like someone, when you don't

6) Don't ever let someone tell you who you are and who to be

11) Always use your manners
12) Listen to your elders/ superiors
13) Try your hardest
14) Never say no to something you know nothing about
15) Never go off alone without someone knowing where you're going
16) Don't back stab
and
17) Don't break your promises, even if someone breaks their's.
I remember every promise I ever made to my brother, and always will. I will never break those promises, and I will never let someone rule me, or walk on me. Walk on me like Aro does, or Marcus or Caius.
I'm fine with Jane, and Alec, and Demitri and Felix. They tell me I'm their little sister, and they're fine with it if I don't love them like they love me.
