As I open my eyes slightly, I saw Kaya staring at me.
"Good morning to you too!" I said scaring the shit out of her. She said it back and started to say something else but all she did was stutter. It was so cute, I held my laughter in.
After getting up and stretching, i asked if she slept ok and she shook her head telling me 'yes' then thanked me again for last night. I told her she was welcome and offered her to stay if she wanted. It's boring around here and I could damn sure use the company. We both laughed and headed to the kitchen.
"Hungry?" I turned to see her sitting I'm one of the high bar stool at the island. Turning back around, I go into the fridge.
"Yea, a little." I pulled out four eggs and a pack of bacon. I sat everything down going to the cabinet for a bowl.
"Do you need help?" She asked.
"No, you just sit and wait. I promise it'll be good." I came back with a bowl and gave her a reassuring smile.
I started cracking the eggs putting then in the bowl. "I'm gonna run to the bathroom. I'll be back." She walked down the hall disappearing into the door.
