Darkness
That's all I could Remember of my past
A deep, dark, empty, black void
With me curled pitifully in a small ball, surrounded by colors but me alone to be black and white in an otherwise colorful world.
I Had No Past
No Future
No Present
Only The Soundless Pass of Time.
Time,
Humans do not realize just how fleeting it is. How in a single moment it all could be gone, and that then they will be forgotten.
Time is the only thing I could remember in that colorless world.
But even though that place was boring, I never knew how much pain the colored world could cause.
In that place there was one thing I knew, I was trapped, and could never leave.
~
I awoke with a start, my (HC) hair falling messily onto my shoulders as I took a gasp. I looked around frantically, my room, my bed, my desk, I'm home. I pushed my hair up with shaky hands, just a dream. I gave out a sigh and then quickly set my eyes to my clock, 1:27 AM Elgin, OR
A giant smile grew on my face, I quickly jumped out of bed and ran toward my backpack, filled with my little clothing, and things like candles and a few book and pens.
I ran to my closet and pulled out the only clothes I couldn't fit in the pack, A black and white sweater and vest, blue jeans, a little black bow, and the necklace I always wore. It was the only thing My family found me with, not even a note was in my little cradle.
I shook the thought out of my head, ''They aren't Important' I thought as I pulled on the top and looked at myself in the cracked mirror.

I give a nod of approval, quickly grab my bag and quietly Exit my room. I went down the hallway without a hitch, it was downstairs That I had to be careful about. I snuck down the stairs and immediately froze when I heard an all too familiar voice, "OI, YOU LIL SHIT! GET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!" My ''Father" Yelled. I quickly slipped off my backpack and walked into the living room, vodka bottles littered the floor along with cigarettes and beer cans.
"You..." the male growled as he threw his wallet at me, "Go to the store, get me some lighters and cereal, if you take any money, you're going in the black room for 2 days!" He growled as I put his wallet in my pocket, Thanks, now i have money for my "Trip."
"Alright," I said as I turned only to hear glass shatter on my heels, sending bits of glass into your leg, "HURRY THE HELL UP!" The greasy haired man shouted as he threw another bottle. I ran out of the room and quickly grabbed my bag off the floor and ran out the front door. I ran down the street until I reached the bank, I smirked as I slid the card and put in the PIN code. I withdrew 950$, which should be enough to last me a while. I stuffed the money into my bag and left the wallet on the ground, I quickly ran down the abandoned dirt roads, Elgin is pretty quiet, but I knew where I was going.
Gravity Falls
The Heart Of Mystery
I walked toward the bus station as a bus pulled up, but then stopped in my tracks. I can't get a ride here, it's too close so this is the first place the police would look. I sighed and spun around and walked down the old road that led to the abandoned school, The school was shut down due to lack of funding. The school had a giant track, but behind the track fence is a Forest that should lead me to a nearby town where I could take the bus. I walked onto the track field as the moonlight lit up the grass, I smiled slightly, I've always loved the moon. It was hanging up in the sky like a giant white marble, it had blemishes and marks, but from far away it looks like a pearl.
I reached the back of the track that led off into the woods, I threw my backpack over the fence and climbed up aswell. I jumped off the fence and landed with an 'oof', I picked up my bag and threw it open to check if my journal was OK. I reached into my bag and pulled out a worn old journal with a colored monocle glued into the binding. I flipped through the pages seeing that nothing was damaged, seeing pictures of sirens with golden hair, metal giants, demons, spells, and magical plants. Of which all are supposed to reside in Gravity Falls, which is why I'm going there instead of Portland. Plus, my 'Dad' has a fear of the place so he won't look for me there.
I put the journal back into my bag and threw my bag onto my shoulders, and walked through the forest as the sticks and leaves crunched underneath my feet. Filling silent forest with noise.
TIMESKIP
The smell of pines were strong and were protruding my nose making the trees begin to smell sour. I walked down the makeshift path when I finally saw it, a road! I sighed in happiness and went down to the road, only to see a bus stop on the side of road. I put my backpack down onto the bench beside me, I opened up my bag and pulled out the journal. I opened up and landed on a page with a golden flower which can cure any ailments.
I read until the bus came, about 30 minutes later. I stood up, put on my backpack and held my book underneath my arm. I walked onto the bus and looked up to the bus driver, he had old wrinkly skin and pale white hair. "Excuse me, but does this bus go to Gravity Falls?" I asked the driver as I held my bag straps, "Yeh, Graviteh Falls is teh Last Stop." The elderly man said, slurring his words. I nodded and headed to my seat, after handing on 4$ for the ride.
To nobody else was on the bus and the old man was watching the road, but I could feel someone's eyes bearing into the back of my head. I suddenly felt hot breath on my neck whispering, making me spin to see who it was. Nobody was there, but what freaked me out was what I heard.
"More like An Eye, Moonstone"
I took a deep breath and sat in one of the seats in the back of the bus and quickly pulled out the journal. I flipped through the pages looking for "Moonstone" I flipped to a page that should have it, but it was completely blank, Only the words "Moonstone" were on the page with the rest being old worn paper.
I gave out a sigh and closed the journal and returned it to my bag, I'll learn more at Gravity Falls. I quickly looked at my watch and saw the time 2:43 AM.
I rubbed my eyes and yawned, I should arrive at Gravity Falls at about 5 AM or so. I pulled out my necklace from under my vest, It was a light purple gem that looked like a galaxy with sparkling stars, accompanied by a crescent moon next to it.
The necklace always gave me comfort of sorts, like it was a barrier protecting me from everyone else.

Or maybe It's containing me.
I truly don't know in the end.
I sighed for the millionth time and began to lay down, and make plans for my new home.
AN)All done! Tell me if you guys enjoy this,
bye bye!
