Today is the day that we (I) find out if Caleb is dead or alive.
My mom gets a call and she answers it
5 minutes later...
"Everyone gather in the living room!" My mom yells.
So that's what we did.
"Caleb is dead..." My mom says.
My heart broke even more.
I just sat there.
Didn't even cry.
Just sat there.
Then all of a sudden I sprinted to my room.
I sobbed into my pillow. I miss him already. I've missed him for the past 5 months.
Then I remembered something.
Something he told me before he left.
Save my kisses.
"Save my kisses." I whispered to myself.
I wiped my cheek.
My right one because that's the one he kissed.
I smiled.
I kissed my left hand and put it on Caleb's picture, his left cheek.
I looked at the picture, tilted my head, and smiled.
"Caleb, save my kisses."
