Chapter 2

POV Liam

When I arrive, some lights still illuminated her house. She's there. I get out of the car, my heart beating fast in my chest. What could happen; will she rejected me or welcome me with arms open? Would she be sad or happy to see me? The only way I can get the answer; it to go.

I knock at the door twice, then wait. After a minute, Jennifer open.

"Hey." I say with a little smile.

"I'm getting crazy for real, right?" She says with a little laugh.

She's drunk, I thought immediately. Because she is.

"No, you're not." I say with a nervous laugh.

We stay like this for a couple of minutes, her watching me with her blues eyes.

"Can I enter?" I say politely.

"Oh, yeah. Sorry."

She goes away and I enter into her house, closing the door.

"What are you doing here? Who send you" Say the blond girl with her whiskey bottle.

"Nobody, I come by myself. I wanted to see you."

She laughs like it the most unrealistic thing that I have ever say.

"Why do you come here like nothing happened?"

I don't respond. I know that I hurt her.

"Liam, I tough we ha-d-d something. During t-t-the Mockingjay part 2 press tour. I t-thought..."

"It complicates." I murmur.

"Don't say that! You break me! You hurt me! Like Nicolas did! You're not better than the others!"

Those words broke my heart, and it really hurts... Jen starts to cry and fall to the floor. I catch her and press her against me.

"Why, Liam?! Why?" She says between sobs.

"I'm sorry, soo sorry."

Then we just stay silence hugging each other strongly until she falls asleep in my arms. I take Jen in her room and sit beside the girl.

"I'm sorry about... everything." I murmur. 

I kiss her temple and got back in the living room. I lay down on the couch, thinking too much to sleep. I know it dangerous and I can't stay too long. Because... my feeling for Jennifer will come back to soon.
