It was weeks later. Wanda had visited me every day. I was curled up in the Avengers Institute, when there was a knock on my door. It opened up and there was Wanda.
"I know what you're going through." She said.
"No you don't." I replied.
"My brother died too. Not too long ago actually." She said back.
She walked over and sat on my bed. I curled into her side.
"How do you get over it? When will it stop hurting?" I asked.
"It never stops hurting and you don't get over it." She replied.
"How do you function?" I asked.
"At first, I was like you too. Then, I realized that Pietro wouldn't want me to be sad. He would want me to keep living, and enjoy it. Jaxon would want the same thing."
"I know, but it hurts so much. I can still feel his pain."
"He if he was here, what would he tell you?" She asked.
"He would tell me to get off my butt and do something. Distract. Live."
"What do you want to do now?" She asked me.
"I want to get dressed up and explore this new world. Will you help me?"
