Meet the parents

It’s been a few days since I saw beau last, and was a new year so I thought it was time for a new me. But like everyone else New Year’s resolution my lasted a day, it was to do all my school work well I just couldn’t I'm a procrastinator. Me and beau spoke every minute of the day and I'm going to finally see him tomorrow it’s only been two days since I saw him last. Two day since he told the fandom that we are going out and first things were normal till I was bombarded with tweets and Facebook messages. I was cool about it as long the tweets stay nice I'm just gonna stay nice. I was setting at my desk with parachute by masketta fall playing and then my phone buzzed with a text.

Beau brooks: hey still want to hang out tomorrow?

Me: yea dad said it its cool cause no one is going to be here

Beau brooks: ill pick you up at 11... Wear something nice your meeting my mum :) bye xx

Nice how he just say that with no warning, I was a bit nervous but if I just be myself it will be okay parents usually love me.

I woke up to an empty house and it was nice not having to run around like mad women doing things my parents telling me what to do till I realise it was 9:45. Jumped in the shower and tried to be quick I run out almost falling over into my room put on anything I could find. I made myself some coffee and skipped breakfast I looked up at the clock it was 10:30 just enough time to do my hair and make-up. I walked into the bath room and did my hair in a plain bun and just put some bb on and mascara, I walked in to my room to check what I look like and almost died. I was wearing a white single and you could see my black and purple bra so I put a top over the top that had some graffiti on it and instead on the like blue short shorts I was wearing I put on ¾ leggings .I grabbed my bag and of course my phone and waited for beau outside.

I started to walk down the drive when I saw the silver ford falcon pulling in and I got in the car and greeted beau with kiss on the cheek. The whole car ride which was only 10 minutes we didn’t talk till we were almost at he’s house and he said” she’ll love you “ I didn’t know what to say I never was this nervous meeting anybody’s parents so I just smiled . We pulled in the drive Gina’s car was there and so was Daniels and beau escorted me to the door and before we went in he hugged me and said “it's going to be okay”.

I walked in holding beaus hand I was shaking and then I was greeted by Luke and jai and gave them a hug and then James since the other night I became good friends with James he was like my brother and he gave me a big. Beau might be the best boyfriend and kisser but I think James gives the best hugs “where is skip?” I asked James “let’s just say if you need to go to the bathroom ask beau to take you to maccas “he said with laugh and walked into the twin’s room. Beau still holding my hand walked into the lounge room and I saw Gina sitting down watching TV ”mum I would like you to meet someone” beau said to his mum and pushed me in front of him “you must be Emma ?” Gina said as she stood up and extended her hand. and me being a complete weirdo went up to her hugged her and did the whole double wog kiss thing where kiss them on both cheeks, I stood back “I'm sorry it automatic “I said like I just swear in front of the queen or Jesus “oh no its fine” she said “your Italian?” she asked “yea how did you know?” I reopened “well because of what you just did and beau doesn’t shut up about you “she said and winked at her eldest son I look back him and he had gone all shy. Beau walked over to me grabbed my hand” okay let’s not embarrass me anymore and will go to my room” he said and his mum started coughing “maybe the backyard?” he asked and his mum smiled, as we walked to the back door beau said” see I told you she would love you”

“Daniel hurry up I need your help “beau yell out has he was trying to put the hookah together, I couldn’t help but laugh beau run inside to get Daniel. I’ve put these together so I did it. When beau come out he looked at me like I made 40 foot cake appear out of nowhere “what?” I say and sit on the plastic chair and beau lit the coal. Daniel walked out and said” so you didn’t need me” almost a bit pissed off “nah Emma  didn’t it” beau said as he passed the hose to me and smiled  “ wait Emma can you cook?” skip asked “ of course “ I said back pass the house to him and blowing out the smoke “ best dish?” he asked again it was a good question but there was only one answer “ lasagne “ I said with a smile and a whole lot of pride. Skip turned to beau “you got yourself a keeper “he said and beau just laughed.
