She had a smile that reminded me of childhood memories.
That gaze in her eyes made me want to see the seven seas with her.
Hair that reminded me of dancing fairies.
And a kiss so tender,
A mother's love would die of jealousy.
A walk that flowed like the moonlight over the nighttime sea.
In crowded places, she's the only face I'll from now on ever see,
And I can't describe it any better,
The beauty she still wields for me.
Now I just can't sleep at night.
I wanted to give her the world
Just before she broke my heart.
And I guess it's always been true;
The one you would catch a bullet for
Is the one aiming at you.
Not written by me.
