So the first story I am going to tell is about a brush of with death while on / flying of it.
So this happened in the first 2 years of being in high school. We had a park near our school which a lot the people I talked with when to in the lunch brake. It had a roundabout which I might talk about in another page, a horse thing (not sure what it called. The thing was on a spring), a Jungle Jim climbing frame sort of thing and a swing set.
The swing set and roundabout is where most of the time was spent. We did many a stupid thing using both. Common things like running through the swing set while people are on it and spinning the roundabout as fast as you can then trying to jump on it.
The main event is still a common thing with a lesson about paying attention to you surroundings. I won't name anyone (I don't remember many of the names anyway) but one of the group came up with the best idea of putting the lightest person(me) on the swing and put the two strongest people on each side to swing the person (lunching them off the swing set) as high or as far as they could.
The first swing was a high one but didn't go too far (higher an the swing set) the second swing was about as high as the set and the to the end of the tarmac . Then someone decide we should record it (If I still had the video I would post it) for the final swing, the people pushing the swing must have put a lot more effort into the swinging because I went flying at about the same height as the first one and twice as far as the second one straight towards the fence, I had too force my self to land on my ass or get impaled on it.
Not very interesting but still a story where I almost died, maybe the next story will be better.
