Chapter 3:Ticket

I visited uncle Waltz just get to inspect if he's really taking good care of Barley.

"Hey..Uncle.." I waved from a distance and approached him.

He's around mid-40's and still wearing a smile.

"Glad you that you visited your rusted Uncle..Want to help me with the load?? Wai-" He was simply continuing talking while I got out from his sight and searched for Barley.

"Hold it!..Barley isn't here" He grinned. "I hid him..if you want to see him you gotta work..he he" Such a creepy old man if you ask me.

So I got stuck being a cashier for a week in this old rusted business he is so proud of.

I got so bored in just 2min. no..2s ...really..you can tell from my face that I can die from boredom.

"I WANT COLA!!" a guy shouted.

"ORANGE JUICE!!" a girl yelled.

So on a fight broke out and I had no choice but to confront them.

I took a good look at them. The girl was pretty and had a black hair while the guy has brownish hair. They don't get along well.

They fight for some beverages really?

They looked at me and headed straight to the counter with a mad expression on their faces.

The guy putted the cola on the register and the girl did the same, it's like a bolt came through each others eyes.

" he he..Not to meddle but are you taking both of those?" I asked.

" YEAH!!" the both of them yelled at me.

I took a good look again and they really don't get along so well.

I wonder?

George's POV

Argh!! That girl is a pain in the neck..We often fight and make up and it doesn't even make sense to me anymore. I wish that she doesn't get involve with me again. It's her fault that throughout my highschool life that I haven't even had a girlfriend.. It is so troublesome..

I scratched my head and continued playing in my PSP.

"Georgia!!Come out will ya?!!" I almost died out of fear when I  heard Lanna's voice yelling outside my window.

"Yeah..yeah coming ..." I went downstairs and let her in the house.

I jump in the sofa and played in my PSP again.

"Please accompany me to that amusement park.." She said timidly..

I took a look at her and she was blushing really hard. My heart skipped a little fast.

"No.." I suddenly replied.

" WHO SAID THAT WERE GONNA BE ALONE?! IT'S A GROUP GET TOGETHER! Just don't show up!!" She yelled at me and left.

I stayed awake almost all night because of her reaction..now I'm feeling guilty and so the day arrives and its almost 12:30..They were supposed to meet up at 8:00 am.

But I have this uneasy feeling so I texted some of my friends that are supposed to be with her.

Hey guys how's the day at the amusement park..sorry if I didn't show up. ;p

...

I suddenly received a message.

From:***

To: George

What are you talking about George??Amusement I never got any invitation..Am I left out?

...

When I read the message I suddenly went out of the house and headed to the amusement park. Why did I even bother she must've left already.

When I reached the gate I saw her alone waiting under the tree.

Her eyes were drenched with tears. I was about to approach her a guy beat me to it.

"Hey let's have fun?? Were in the amusement park aren't we? Boyfriend ditched you?" He was about to pull her when I patted his back.

"Sorry but his boyfriend has gotten a little late.." I warned him and he left with a pissed look.

"As for you..why did you wait for me? I told you I ain't coming-" She suddenly hugged me and I kinda feel happy. " and what's up with the *Get together* lie you put up with.. can't you lie a little better?" I teased her and she let go of me.

"How about you? You told me you're not coming but you showed up ...that's a lie you know?.." She grinned. "And you lied about your feelings for me too.." She putted up with a smile.

" That's kinda understandable..Well you lied about your feelings to you know??" I just laughed at her and pulled her.

"Where are we going?" she asked.

" To have fun of course ...were in the amusement after all!!"

I never thought the once I  knew annoying will be the one who I will love..I kinda felt comfortable with her then that I never realised that I had already fallen for her..

I held her hand tightly and gave her a warm smile..

I went to uncle's place again to see Barley and to my surprise he is there. I petted him again and again because I really missed him. By the way our deal was finished maybe that's the reason why Barley showed up.

We went to Uncle's store and I bought an ice cream. I sat near the door because the heat was too much so I decided to eat it here.

A girl and a guy came out while arguing.

"Strawberry!! I tell you!!" A guy shouted.

"Chocolate!!Is better!!" the girl shouted.

I remember those two..They're the two teenagers that had a fight over a type of beverages and now...really?? Flavor of Ice cream?!

The guy opened his ice cream and took a scoop. He put it in the girl's nose. He laughed really loud and the girl chased him.

They really don't get along as friends because they suit each other better as a couple.. I wonder what's their story?
