"Appa~~!,I want that waffle too!",Yae In,the 5 years old girl shouted cheerfully to her father.

"Okay,eat this first and go to school",Mr.Won ruffled her hair and placed a plate of waffles in front of the said girl.

"Thanks,Appa!",Yae In said and then stuffed the waffle and strawberry jam in her cute little mouth.

"Yae In,how many times do I have to tell you to eat....."

"Properly....and......CUTELY~!",Yae In continued his fathers sentence.

"Good girl",Mr.Won smiled while staring at the petite girl.

"Have a nice day,Yae In!!",Mr.Won hugged the said girl and bid goodbye.

Yae In kissed his cheek and waved her hand. She ran into the kindergarten as the class almost started.

"Okay...and the last one....WON YAE IN?",the teacher said.

"Me!",Yae In raised he hand.

"Since all of you are present.....I'm gonna give you some cute presents. First,pass this box around and pick one paper. Don't open it yet! Wait until I ask you to. Ready?",the teacher asked.

"Yes,teacher!!",the children replied cheerfully.

After that..

"Okay,open it!!",the teacher said.

All the children opened the paper and smiled brightly as most of them got their bestfriends as their partner. Yae In was a shy girl back then and in the paper,written..

"Your partner is: Mingyu!"

"Okay,Yae In. Who's your partner?",asked the teacher.

Yae In shook her head as she didn't realized that the teacher have arranged all of them according to their partner except for her.

"M-Mingyu...",she stuttered.

"Wow,a nice partner! Mingyu..come here",the teacher called.

The slightly taller boy came to her and shake hands. Yae In blushed but eccept it anyway.

"Nice to meet you",Mingyu said.

"Nice to meet you too",Yae In smiled.

"Ahh~ so cute. Let's continue our game!",the teacher squealed.

"So,all of you will ask questions about each other and then...we'll have a speed quiz,okay?",the teacher explained.

All the children nodded.

The game continued calmly and happily. And it's recess time...

"Yum~ waffles again!",Yae In smiled brightly as she saw the waffles in her lunchbox.

"Why do you always bring those boring waffles?!",another boy interrupted her.

"It's not boring. It's yum!",Yae In smiled brightly at the boy.

"These!!?? Its so lame. What a shame?!! One more thing,where is your mother?!! Are you a child who was born because of your pregnant teenage mother?(how do this kid know about it?)",the boy dissed her.

"No!! Not at all!!",Yae In replied getting mad.

"Then,your mother is dead!! Your mother is dead~ your mother is dead~",the boy said in a singsong voice.

"Be quiet",Yae In muttered.

The boy stick his toungue out,mocking her.

"I said...........be quiet!",Yae In raged and then slapped the boy.

"Ouch!",the boy hold his cheeks.

"What happened here?!!",the teacher asked,shocked.

Other children stared at them,frightened.

"She slapped me!",the boy said while pouting.

"Why do you slap him? Please tell me",the teacher consoled her.

"H-he...h-he...*sniff*.. He said my mother is....dead!*sniff*. She's not dead! She is working and I believe she will come back! Mom loves me!!",Yae In cried innocently,still not knowing the truth.

"Yae In,don't cry and Sehun! Don't do that again,or else...no playtime!",the teacher scolded him.

"Okay,teacher",Sehun looked down and walked away.

"Yae In. Don't cry , okay? I'll call Mingyu over. You seemed calm with him",the teacher consoled.

Yae In stayed quiet and the teacher called Mingyu. Mingyu came and sit beside her. He brought a tissue.

"Hi! We meet again",Mingyu said.

"Oh...hi",Yae In said while wiping her tears.

"Here",Mingyu handed the tissue.

"Why do you cry?",asked mingyu as Yae In accepted the tissue.

"N-nothing..",Yae In replied.

"You know you can tell me eeeeevery problem you had. Trust in me!",Mingyu tapped his chest proudly.

Yae In chuckled a bit. She felt comfortable around him.

After that

"Appa!!",Yae In shouted while running to her father.

She hugged her father. Mingyu was still with her. She watched the fragile girl ran to her father.

"Oh,who's this?",asked Mr.Won.

"He's Mingyu. He helped me a loooooot today. There's soooo muuuuch i want to tell you",Yae In stared at her father.

"Oh.okay. mingyu...can you come here?",asked Mr.Won while pointing at the said boy.

The boy smiled and walked to Mr.Won.

"Can you follow us to our house?",asked Mr.Won.

"I'll ask eomma and appa first",Mingyu said and ran to his parents.

After a few minutes.

"Nice to meet you,Mr.Won. why would you want to bring my son? I'm afraid he'll cause trouble there",Mr.Kim sighed.

"It's okay. I want to give him a present since Yae In said he helped her a lot today",Mr.Won smiled.

"Okay. We'll pick him up at...around 1:00 p.m. and it's 1 hour from now",Mrs.Kim said.

"Thanks,aunt and uncle!",Yae In bowed and they all went to their house including mingyu.

"Mingyu,please keep this. It is a half-star and the other half belongs to Yae In. This shows how much you have helped her. A reward. Thanks a lot",Mr.Won ruffled Mingyu's hair.

"Thanks,Uncle!",Mingyu bowed while holding the necklace in awe.
