cat chapter one .

Mari silently fell asleep in one of her class. She was watching some new dramas last night —the one people had been talking about—, but since she gets really excited, she spends all night calculating plus searching for all the information about the drama. At the end of the night, she fell asleep on her desk, without even bothering to turn off her lights. She gets panda eyes in the morning, but luckily, she manage to cover them with a good foundation.

She was already in her dream land, dreaming about eating one of her favorite food on earth, raspberry yoghurt, until one annoying sound wake her up "Ms.hayashi, could you please explain what is this?"

koto-sensei voice boomed through the class, as she roughly pointed out her ruler at the blackboard, which in mari's oppinion looks like a picture of a dying whale. She huff's her fringe in annoyance, she was about to open her mouth to let out some critical about the whale but she was inturrupted by the lunch bells.

"Sorry miss, but I think i can't" she abruptly stand up, carrying her books with her as she sassily exited the classroom and went straight to the crowded halls. With all her strength, she squeeze through all of the students. After finally, a good five minutes she reached her locker. With a sigh she stuffed her books inside, remaining to stay silent.

She suddenly remembered about the promise she make yesterday, she was supposed to meet her friends at the library for some odd reasons, but she agreed. Turning her heels to the library, she saw one of her friend exciting the girls bathroom.

"Mari-chan!" the girl called for her, grabbing her wrist and dragging her through the hallway. "You didnt forget your promise right?" jung asked, tilting her head to the side, earning a silent no as a reply.

"Good, because the kids are waiting" jung said in a jumpy tone. It didnt took long as they find theirself in a room full of dusty old books, shush-ing themself in order to stay in the library. "So, im guessing a group walk as we go back home, sounds good?" cherry, the youngest member of the group ask, playing with the edge of her skirts.

"Its better than being alone," shiwoon admitted "those ghouls could attack me". The four girls could only sigh as they once again hear shiwoon telling her amazing stories —according to her only— of when she killed a sea-monster that was hiding behind her closet, its just an ordinary day for them.

"Hey cherry-chan, how's class?" jung ask to the blonde beside her as shiwoon finally stop speaking. "Not bad actually," hyuuga paused for a moment "I got C plus at science though". kitty's eyes widden as she try to hold in her laughter.

"I KNEW IT! NOW GIVE ME MY MONEYY!!" nari suddenly screams, laughing her ass off after she receive some money from mari. "You made a bet?" shiwoon ask, closing her magical book of fantasy.

"Yup, and i just win" nari smiles while doing some annoying jazz hands infront of mari's face, before getting shush-ed by the librarian. Kitty immediately sits down, a blush appeared on her white cheeks, earning some tease from hyuuga.

"well i gotta go back to class" shiwoon stands up, carrying her books and putting her knife back to her pocket. The others nod, agreeing that they should end up their lovely chit-chat, and parted ways as they entered their own classroom.

but they didnt realize, when a creature observing from the sakura tree outside the library. Licking it paws, the blue eyed blink before jumping off the tree and walk into a dark alley, where others gathered looking for their only hope.
