Now, as I am in the car, driving to my first day at the ALDC, I think back to that very moment. It seemed like ages ago. All those months waiting for this day to come, it is finally here! I have mixed feelings, I'm exited because this is the one and only thing I had ever wanted, but I am also so nervous because I don't know what to expect. I was so lost in thought that i didn't even hear my mum saying, "We're here, love!" Here already!? It felt as though it had only been 5 minutes! I hopped out the car and examined the studio. It was exactly how I imagined it to be, neat, tidy and professional. I steadily walked up the stairs to the front doors with my mum by my side. Behind theses white doors was my future of dance. I could go two ways, either good or bad but hey, there are probably millions of kids who want my spot right now so I better pull my head in.
