I guess the idea of staying just one night was the plan, but she stayed longer.
Two Weeks Later
Two weeks had passed since Ryan had offered Mia a room for the night, but she had stayed for almost two weeks now. Ryan hadn't asked for a penny in payment, but didn't have to. With his help Mia was able to get her savings returned to her by her bank by the end of the first week, but with how enjoyable it was staying with Ryan she decided to pay for food and some utilities for her room.
Ryan didn't complain, he had someone he could talk to, and listen to which they did at length at night together. He missed that with Claire, they both listened and talked to one another.
One night, Ryan said he was tired of ordering out for them both, and since he had the next day off from work and Mia was free too from her job, Ryan asked Mia if she wanted to go for a meal out at a restaurant together.
By this time Mia was able to also get into her ex-boyfriend's apartment, with the Police to get her things she had left there, including clothes and belongings. Her ex-boyfriend had fled, knowing the Police were looking for him for taking Mia's savings.
So now Mia had her own clothes in her room, and felt comfortable.
"You really want to go out and eat with me?"
Mia asked him surprised.
"Sure why not, it's better than another greasy pizza."
Mia smiled with her beautiful smile, and her strawberry blonde hair curled framing her pale cheeks.
So it was decided, Ryan gave her an hour to prepare and he'd sort out some reservation at a local eatery he knew of.
For some reason Mia felt ecstatic, happy even at going out for a meal. Michael had almost never taken Mia out for a meal, ever. He preferred take away food delivered to the door.
That was one of the things that was missing in their relationship, a lack of passion perhaps from both of them. When he never made the effort to be romantic or spontaneous she almost didn't bother herself, in a way the day they broke up two weeks ago was meant to happen she thought.
She wanted to look nice for their meal, and began to go through her clothes. She remembered she had a lovely cream cotton dress her grandmother had bought her, and drew it up to her body to inspect herself in the mirror.
Mia didn't even bother locking the bedroom door anymore, not after the first few days she began to feel safe around Ryan. He was a man, but not a pervert at least.
Something caught her eye in the mirror, and she gently laid down the lovely dress on the bed to look at herself.
Mia was only 21, and still had a few more months before she reached her twenty second birthday. She was naturally pale, being that her parent's lineage went back to Russia, her great grandparents had immigrated to London at the turn of the century, and every girl born in the family had a natural pale complexion, and hazel eyes.
Her hair was strawberry blonde, and it naturally blended with her pale complexion beautifully. Mia turned sideways to inspect her chest, and tummy. She was naturally small chested, it was a curse to her a teenager but she had grown into the fact now.
Pressing her hand to her lean, almost flat tummy she inspected her young body. Wondering why Michael had grown bored of her, before he had dumped her. Was she no longer attractive to him, or to any men? It was a senseless thought, but it played on her mind.
Slowly she undressed, changing her underwear into a pair of white panties. She was naked in her room, and inspecting her own body she knew she was attractive, and could be to a man.
