Jayden POV
I grabbed my laptop and school bag out of my car then walked into Starbucks. I went up to the counter to get something to drink then sat back down. I got out all the work I needed to work on.
30 minutes into my work, I look up to see Craig slide into the both I was sitting in.
"Hey I'm-"
"Craig, I known for you quite some years now" I said making him chuckle.
"Um I'm sorry about my girl bumping into you. She's jealous of you"He said.
"Why?"I asked.
I never did anything for anybody to be jealous of me.
"I uhh I don't know why but what is your name?" He asked.
"Jayden or Jay for short" I said.
"Well Jay, I would like to take you out for lunch on me tomorrow. Is that okay?" He asked.
Did he just ask me out?
"Uhh yea, sure" I said smiling.
He grabbed my pencil and wrote down his number.
"Text me tonight" He said then got up.
I nodded my head as I looked at the number.
I can't believe he asked me out for lunch. I wonder why he won't take his own girl out. Oh well, I guess she will have another thing to be jealous about.
