prologue

    Tomorrow started the first day back to school for all the students in Manchester. And in his room, Daniel or highly preferred "Dan" sat with excitement. He was sickeningly happy about the year ahead. He was finally in a good mind set.

After two years of struggling to come to terms with his sexuality and as a result dealing with depression, he was finally actually allowing himself to be happy. However, with the realization of coming to terms with his sexuality, he had also became very aware of a crush that he has had for a while with out even realizing.

Now some might say this would be a very large crush. Maybe even love. Hell, even Dan would say he's in love. And he was extremely okay with that fact.

He sat in his desk chair swirling in circles debating if this would be the year. The year he would confess his love for one of his best friends.

"I sound like some dumb love struck anime character." He thought and let out a small sigh while shaking his head."I mean thats not wrong."

Now don't get the wrong idea. Dan was also immensely excited to see the rest of his friends. His friends and himself had started a little clique (I guess you could call it) called "The Fantastic Foursome!" Yeah, the names a little bit of a bullying target but other than that the boys tend to really like the name. The group contains Dan(of course) and his three best friends Phil Lester, PJ Liguori and Chris Kendall.

He had known the three of them for maybe over 3 years now. They had met in (he believes) Year 7. Now, three years later in year 10. They're all still best friends, going strong and Dan couldn't wait to see what the future held for the four of them.

However of course, Dan thought of one his friends as well "more than a friend." And to himself, tomorrow started a whole new era in his life.

Believe it or not, his predictions were very true. But, the breakdown of events were only triggered to fall in place after he confessed his love for one of his best friends PJ Liguori.
