The adventures of Samantha

chapter 3

As Samantha was on her way to school Monday morning she met this guy. He said his name was Samuel. He was nice and funny and Samantha liked him. Samuel walked with Samantha but when they were close to her school he told her to stop and follow him. Samantha stopped and checked the time she had 25 minutes before school started so she followed him. Samuel led her through some allies into a beautiful part of the forest behind her school.             There he sat down on a low branch of a tree. Samantha followed and sat next to him. Samantha sat and admired the scenery she was in. it was beautiful, she has never seen a place like this before. Then she looked up at Samuel, he smiled at her. She smiled back. While they were sitting there Samuel said he had to tell her something. Samantha was a bit confused but said ok anyway. Samuel said “I like your necklace.” Samantha looked at Samuel and giggled because she wasn’t expecting that and she even forgot she was wearing it. That reminded her of the strange not also. Samuel then reached out to touch the necklace. He said what he like most about it is that it is in the shape of a crescent moon. Samuel then rubbed the gem in the middle 3 times .immediately the gem started glowing and before Samantha knew it they were somewhere else it look like a mansion it was very big. Samantha liked the house and all but she was also confused on how they got there all she knows is that it had something to do with the necklace. Samantha turned to find Samuel and he was on the couch and told her to come sit with her and that he would explain everything and he did but he kind of started from the beginning he told Samantha that the people she called mom and dad are just her adoptive parent and that her real parent live somewhere else from here and that her mom needs her help. He also told her that he was her brother that was a bit shocking so shocking that Samantha laughed when Samuel said that  to her but when she really looked at him he did kind of look like he a little. Samuel lastly told her that the necklace she was wearing is a family heirloom and that if rubbing the gem 3 times u can go anywhere you can think of.so Samuel ended with asking Samantha if she would like to help him with something very important. Samantha said what you want me to do . He said I need you to help save our mother . Samantha asked why me why not you do it. That reminded Samuel that he forgot to tell her the most important thing. Samuel said Samantha you me your mom and our grandma we are all wizards we all have magical powers stronger than you can ever think but an evil wizard is trying to take our mothers power by doing that he would also kill her and you Samantha you may not know it yet but you are the most powerful wizard in the world and with your power mom can be safe. After that Samantha was way confused her a wizard she thought things like that didn’t exist she loves the fact that she has magical powers she always wanted some but the fact that she is the most powerful is a bit overwhelming. Samantha told Samuel ill help you but you do know I don’t know how to use my powers right. Samuel nodded so you’re going to have to teach me .Samuel said well not me but my friend were going to leave to go meet him now are you ready he asked yeah lets go but you do know you’re going to have to ask my parent for permission. Samuel said that he will take care of that.
