Two

So I found out the girl I like is Zoe's sister. That's weird. " Are you okay? " I smiled at Zoe, " Yeah I'm fine I just feel a little faint that's all. " She looked at me and touched my shoulder, " You don't look to good do you want to go to the nurse? " My vision went blurry and all I could see was her face smiling at me. Then a mumbling sound happened. I could only just about hear it. " Take him to the nurse Zoe, and hurry. " I felt her lift me up and i tried to walk with her but my legs wouldn't let me. She kept saying to me "It'll be okay, once we get you to the nurse. " I tried to smile but my face wasn't letting me. 

We walked up to the second building of the school, it didn't take that long. Then my legs collapsed, I fell to the floor. My vision went black, and I could hear Zoe screaming for help. Am I dead? Another person came next to me, they moved my body and lifted me up. It must be one of my mates, probably because there is no way Zoe could lift me up. After about a minute of being carried I got put down, his time in a soft place. "how long will it take for him to wake up? " I heard Zoe's voice, she sounded like she was crying. But i couldn't quite know who was with her. "He will be fine he just fainted, that's all. " I have a feeling that's the nurse. "Are you his girlfriend?" The nurse asked, I could hear Zoe laughing. "No, I would never have a chance with him." My eyes slowly opened, and I was lying down on the bad in the nurses room. I sat up slowly then the nurse stopped me, "You better take it easy, and by that I mean plenty of rest." I lay back down, rest? This whole fainting thing sounds better then what I would have thought, I've never fainted before. "What happened?" Zoe sat next to me in a chair, she looked as if she was about to vomit. "You went green in maths and then you fell off your chair. I asked the teacher if i could take you to the nurse and he said I could. When we were walking up here you collapsed and I shouted for help. The nurse walked down and saw you, she called for one of your friends to come and lift you up. Corey carried you all the way to here." 

I couldn't thank her enough, I mean I could have fainted in the classroom. But instead I got out of maths and ended up here. "Thank you." I smiled at her, she smiled back. "Hey, I'm failing at maths." She laughed, "Oh, I know." I laughed, "Can you like help me?" She looked confused, as if she wasn't expecting me to ask her that. "Zoe? Can you?" she jumped and answered with a polite, 'yeah sure'. 

We exchanged numbers and I was quite glad she could help me because this way I could keep my grades high and get to know Nicole through Zoe. I walked home with Corey, "Are you feeling better now?" I laughed, "Yes alot better thanks. Did you carry me to the nurses' room?" He raised his eyebrows then smirked. "Well, I would exactly call it carry." What did he do to me? Did he drag me? "What do you mean you wouldn't call it carry?" He laughed, "I did the drunk hold on you." 

The drunk hold is what we call the over shoulder hold. We call it the drunk hold because when either of us is drunk at a party and need a carry home we would carry the other one home. I laughed, the thought of him doing the drunk hold on me up to the second building. "So that girl?" He asked me, "Yeah, she's a friend." My mind ran over all the things he may say to me, "Just a friend?" he asked, does he think I like her or something? "Yeah, we talk in math and that's it." I explained to him, he laughed. "She must like you alot to cry when you fainted.". She cried? Why she knew I was going to be fine. Or did she?

"Stop it, we're just friends. Nothing is going on between us!" I laughed to him. He was very quick to assume stuff, yes he is that type of person. I saw a car parked in my drive, I waved bye to Corey and walked toward my house. I'm still debating the fact if Zoe likes me or not. 

Zoe's POV

"How was your day at school then girls?" Mum asked me and Nicole as we sat down for dinner. I glanced at Nicole giving her the hint to go first. Mum looked at me, then looked at Nicole. Dad came and sat down next to me and smiled as he did. 

"Well, today this guy I like smiled at me!" Nicole announced very excitedly. I wonder who she likes now, she always changes her mind. Actually I don't think I remember a time where she doesn't like anybody. I sighed, I bet she likes Harry. Mum looked at me next and rolled her eyes, I chuckled as I took a mouthful of spaghetti. I chewed quickly, "I had to take someone to the nurse and halfway there they collapsed." I said, I sounded quite annoyed. But I guess I'm just jealous that Harry likes Nicole. I mean she is after all, popular, pretty, funny but she isn't smart. And that's where the jealousy leaves me. "Who was that?" Nicole asked me, she seemed pretty interested then what I thought she would be, "Harry." She looked confused, and tilted her head. I guess she was going through that long list of friend names in her head. I swear all that fills her head is the amount of friends she has. "No way, I saw him in math today." She said it as if she were proud that she had seen him, I felt like saying, 'wow, do you want a medal? You've now left level one of dumber and are now on dumbest.' But mum was there and she would kill me if i said anything like that. 

"That's when I had to take him to the nurse." I said, trying not to sound as horrible as what i sounded in my head. "Really, when I walked in I saw him and he looked okay to me." Nicole took a spoonful of food then looked at me waiting for my response. "Yeah, he was actually pretty bad. He collapsed and I had to get Corey to lift him up." She looked confused by what i had said. "Wait, Corey?". "Yea, he was walking down so he helped me bring him to the nurse." She nodded and continued to eat her food. I however am still caught up in the thoughts of Harry.
