Dinner Date

Date night

   I was in the dance studio watching my dance instructor going over what we learned last class. I had been practicing what we have learned so far the past few nights before going to bed. I would perform it for my boyfriend and he loved it. He even had me teach him the routine that way we could dance together. We would start off dancing to the routine then next thing I knew he would pull me into his arms and start slow dancing with me. Jin has always been sweet with me. We have only been together for about eight months but we have know each other for way longer. We met when he was a junior in high school and I was a freshman. We bumped into each other while I was on the way to a class of mine. I was of course lost and wasn't paying attention to where I was walking. I was too busy looking at my map of the school. When we bumped into each other and I dropped my phone on the floor along with my coffee. 

   I was shocked when he bumped into me. "I am so sorry I wasn't watching where I was going." He said leaning down to pick my phone up. "Oh don't worry I was busy looking at my map." I replied. He handed me my phone and I instantly looked at the screen to make sure there were no cracks on the screen and that it was working okay. Thankfully it was. He looked back down at my spilled coffee and looked back up at me. "I am also so sorry for that." He said bowing. "Its okay really. I can just get another one during lunch break since my grandmother signed for me to have early dismissal for lunch." I said patting on his shoulder. "Are you a Junior?" He asked me looking back up. "N-No I am a freshman." I replied with a giggle. "Really?! You look nothing like a freshman. I would have never guessed it. Are you lost?" He asked me sounding pretty concerned. "Yea I actually am. Could you tell me where the library is? Turns out I have study hall in there for first block." I replied. 

   "Oh yes I do. If you want I can walk you there." He said with a smile. His smile was beautiful. It was a very soft and sweet welcoming smile. It was my first day here and nobody was treating me this nicely. I didn't want to turn him down so I accepted his offer. And with that he walked me to the Library. Once we got there I thanked him then opened the door to walk in. He then grabbed my arm softly but keeping me from walking any further. "Hey I am still very sorry I made you spill your coffee. I was wondering if maybe after school you would want to go to the coffee shop down the road so I could get you some more." I smiled at him and patted his hand while it was on my arm. "That's very nice of you but you really don't have to." He didn't hesitate to reply. "No but I want to. You seem very nice and I would like to be friends." I had a big smile on my face at this point. "Where should we meet up?" I asked him. "W-We can meet back up right here if you would like. Does that sound okay?" he asked.

   "That sounds okay to me." I replied shooting him a wide smile. "Good. So uh I will see you here then. Oh um I forgot what Is your name?" He asked while slowly walking backwards. "Na Young. And you?" I replied. "It's Jin... Seokjin" He said with a little laugh. And with that we said goodbye. I definitely met up with him after school that day. And after that day, every day after school was spent after school with him at the coffee shop. It was the same thing when I was a sophomore and he was a senior. But After he graduated it stopped. He went off to college and I was still only in high school. A Junior. Of course we texted each other all the time.  On holidays and breaks he would come and visit me all the time. My grandmother really liked him and thought we were dating at first but we had to explain to her how we were friends and just friends. But that isn't what I wanted. I had liked Jin since I was a sophomore but I never told him. It wasn't till my graduation ceremony when he showed up that I knew I had to tell him.

   When they called my name and I walked up on the stage to grab my diploma I smiled and looked in the audience and saw Jin standing up and cheering for me. I smiled at him and he smiled back. I stepped off stage and with that the ceremony ended. Everybody exited the building and met up with friends and family members and I saw Jin standing by the exit with a bouquet of roses and a huge grin on his face. I walked over to him and immediately jumped into his arms giving him a big hug. He hugged me back and gently put me down. "Congratulations." He said as he ruffled my hair. "Thanks Jinnie~" I replied. That was my special nickname for him that I called him all the time. He handed me the flowers and I held them tightly in my hands. "Your grandmother is outside waiting for you. You should hurry so you can go home and rest." He said. "I know but Jin there is something we need to talk about." I said whispering so nobody could hear. "Okay what is it?" he replied leaning in. "Well there are too many people here. Can you come over to my place?" I asked him grabbing his arm gently. "Yea I will head over shortly. Drive safe okay?" He said in a concerning motherly tone. "yes Yes I know I will." I replied hugging him before leaving.

   When Jin arrived at my place I grabbed his arm and pulled him upstairs to my room. My grandmother had known him for a while now so she trusted him. We got to my room and sat down on my bed. "So what is it you want to talk about Na Young?" He asked me. "Jin.. this is something I have been dealing with for a while now and I figured I should tell you before its too late." I said scooting closer to him. "Well what is it?" he raised an eyebrow. "Jin I like you. A lot. I've liked you since I was a sophomore. And I never told you because I didn't think you liked me back and you were a senior and you were going to be heading off to college. So I didn't tell you but now I knew it was my time to t-"I was cut off by Jin's lips. He kissed me softly on my lips before pulling away. "I never thought you would say it. But you finally did. And now it's time for me to tell you the same thing. Na Young I have liked you since the first day we met. And I never told you because I didn't think you would like me. Im just some nerdy kid who barely had any friends and never had a girlfriend before." He admitted. "Wait Jin you have never had a girlfriend before?" I asked him. He nodded his head before looking at his lap and blushing.

   "Na Young will you be my girlfriend?" He asked me looking me in the eyes. I crawled over to him and straddled his lap and gave him a soft but very passionate kiss. "Yes. I will" I replied. The kissing continued. Soon enough his hands were touching places on my body only I had ever touched and we were sharing moans and eventually making love. After that night I knew Jin was the one for me. And that has brought us to where we are now seven and a half months later. My instructor added on some new moves to our routine and made sure we spent the whole class perfecting it. As soon as she dismissed us I ran to my bag and drank some water while pulling my phone out of my bag. I saw a text from Jin and immediately looked at it. It said. Hello Jagiya~ I have something special planned for tonight so work hard and prepare to come home to a wonderful surprise. I love you! 

   I grabbed my bag and got to my car to drive back to our apartment. When I got in the parking lot I saw the light on from our balcony and smiled. I got out of my car and headed inside and took a deep inhale. Usually our apartment smelled like vanilla but this time it smelled like my favorite meal...Kimchi Fried Rice. I dropped my bag and peaked into the kitchen to see Jin in a black wifebeater and black sweatpants. I walked into the kitchen and put my arms around him kissing his shoulder blades. Jin was quite taller than me but I didn't mind. I actually liked how he was pretty taller than me. He stopped what he was doing to turn around and pull me into his arms. He gave me a small peck on the top of my head and said, "Welcome home Jagi. I hope your hungry." "I am starving" I replied. He giggled and got back to what he was doing. "Why dont you go take a shower and get into something comfortable."He said. I simply said, "Okay." and headed up to the bathroom.

   Once I was done in the shower I got into our room and got to the closet and pulled out a tank top and shorts. The thing I slept in every night unless it was after making love to Jin. On those nights after we would finish I would just grab one of his T-shirts and throw it on since it was over sized on myself. After brushing and blow drying my hair I went downstairs to see the table in the kitchen set up with candles and two plates of Kimchi fried rice and two wine glasses. We barely ever drank but tonight was a special one so Jin figured why not. I walked over to him and gave him a kiss and he reciprocated it. He pulled away and rested his hands on my waist. "Ready to eat?" He asked me. "Hell yea I am" I said followed by him laughing. We sat down and ate and slowly drank one glass of wine after the other. Me getting drunk easily got pretty intoxicated when I was only on my second glass. Meanwhile Jin remained composed. I simply continued drinking until I was drunk face waisted. 

   "Jin let's have sex." I said while Jin was drinking his final glass. Of course him hearing me say that made him almost choke. "Na Young are you serious?" he asked immediately stopping himself. "I shouldn't be asking you that when you are drunk." I got up and stumbled over to him. "Come on pleaseeee." I begged. "Na Young I dont think we should do this while you are drunk." He said grabbing my arms. I simply sat on his lap and started making out with Jin. But he didn't stop me. So it continued. last thing I remember was he brought me up to our room and layed me on the bed and said, "I hope you know what you have gotten yourself into."

   I woke up the next morning with an awful headache. I turned to my other side to see Jin wasn't there causing me to whine. A few minutes passed and Jin walked onto the room with some breakfast and some ibuprofen. "Morning beautiful" he said coming over to the bed. I wanted to smile at him but the throbbing in my head prevented me from doing so. "Morning" I said while holding a hand on my head. "Here take this medicine then eat. You will feel better in a bit." He said handing me the tray with everything on it. "I am definitely not going to class today." I said quickly swallowing the pills. "I already called your teacher. and now I get to have you all to myself today." Jin said followed by a flirty wink.
