Today's the first day if school and I swear I hate the idea of it. I turned my alarm clock off and buried myself under my beddings.
"Saf, honey, are you awake?" my mom asked as she peek through the now opened door.
I slowly remove the comforter from my body before replying. "Yes mom, I'll be done stairs in a few"
She closed the door again and I put myself in a sitting position. I ran my fingers through my messy morning hair.
Yawning, I pulled the charger of my iPhone from the plug. I check my Twitter account and realized that it's just the first day today so I don't have to wear my uniform.
I tweeted "Morning earthlings!" and then put my phone back to my dresser.
I scanned my closet to find something comfy to wear. I grab a crisp button-down and a pair of skinny jeans in a dark wash for a classic, put-together feel.
I took a bath and after fixing myself, I put a very light make up. Light wash of eye shadow and a muted pink lippies.
"I thought you were already flashed in the toilet, Saffy"
"Wow, mom."
"Here, I popped some pop tarts in the toaster for you" she said offering me a plate of my fave breakfast and a glass of fresh milk.
I sit on the stool, facing my mom who's now packing a sandwich for me and my baby bro, Wesley.
I'm busy eating when my phone suddenly beeped and it says that I have a new message in my wattpad account.
Grinning, I swipe the screen and it lead me directly to the app.

I rode my mom's Corvette and waited for my mom and my brother to go inside.
"Yikes Saf, why are you smiling like an idiot?" my brother hissed
I glared at him with dagger eyes, "What is it to you if I smile like an idiot, Wesley boy?"
That better shut him up!!!
My mom drove off to the university where I study.
"Bye, mom! Bye, lad. I'm almost late. Got to go!" I said and running, I made my way to the race track where the flag ceremony will be held.
Stacy wave her hands as soon as she spotted me, "Here beyotch!"
"Omg you bitch, my phone was up all night and I received no message from my baby Adriann!" I complained.
And it's too late to even take what I said back because Adriann is already looking at me with a smirk formed in his pinkish lips.

We're currently walking to the precious school cafeteria to buy some frappe and french toast.
"What the fuck?"
"Oh yes he is. He's like some maniac in a movie."
I stopped her God forsaken mouth from letting out another word with my index finger, "You shithead, please stop!"
"I swear I'm laughing so hard at the back of my mind and it's hard to prevent myself from bursting out"

I walked away and headed to the lover's lane in my school. It's like a mini park with some benches where lovers can sit down. Well it's not actually just for couples and I don't know why it is even named lover's lane.
"Hi!" a nerdy girl approached and sat beside me.
I don't wanna be rude to her and I'm not the type to just boss up so I said hello.
