Chapter 2: School

Last night was great.

I decided to start my day with reading some books about medicine and stuffs like that. My late mother was a great doctor, she has a lot of books about medicine, cures in her room. I often came in there just to read all of them. The books that I read they're not boring because she even have a book about ancient cures. Medicine that people from the past used.

When the clock strike 6:20 I immediately put back the book and wore the school uniform, I just tied my hair like a pony tail style and pick my books put them in my bag and walk to school.

I know it's early but for me the early breeze its like magical. I know it sounds ridiculous but since I was young I felt like there's always something magic is going on near me.

When I was young,at the afternoon me and my Mom usually go for a walk in the park. She would fed the swans while I play somewhere else.

I would imagine that I found this being that look like a cat sort of but has a wide cute grin on him. It's fur was coloured grey. I call him totoro. Totoro has always been there for me every time I'm alone. I believed in him.

But when I tell obi he would laugh at me and say that I'm insane. Pfft~ that Obi.

Anyways one day when the accident happen, my mother died and my dad left me with my Aunt Touka.

I would walk on the park all alone wondering where's totoro. I found him at the same place we would meet and I told him about my mother's death.

Totoro didn't wiped my tears. But there's this boy with Grey hair. I don't know I don't remember everything.
Also I didn't know what's his name was. But we became friends.

I stopped searching for totoro and the boy when I was 11. Obi kept telling me that I'll end up seeing things if I keep believing them. And so I did stop believing them, and yes I might go crazy.

I released a heavy sigh after remembering all that. I cross the road and saw Akeno walking alone.

"Ooi! Akeno !!" I waved my hand to get her attention and she turn and started running towards me.

"Shii...Shirayuki. .I'm so sorry about last night...Ayuzawa...Ayuzawa started running again and I tried to stop but but I can't and and...." I chuckeld and hold both her shoulders.

"Its okay I'm fine with it, now let's go to school" she nodded.

Akeno is a very kind and loving person, she has a cute personality plus she's a smarty pants and she's rich and she beautiful and another plus is she has that body shape that's making guys around her drooling. She is the full package.

Meanwhile me ? I'm just plain old me.
I'm nothing but a girl with red hair. People admire my hair but its just red that's all. Smarty pants ? Nope just average smart. I often got second and third place in class that's all. Beauty ?? Nothing is beautiful here.

We arrived at the school and as we entered the school gate I heard a voice calling our names "oii!! Shirayuki !!! Akenooo!!!"

We turn to the left and saw Ayuzawa running with full speed towards us.
"Hhuuhhh.....what....what took ..... Took you guys....soo loongg....." She was panting and all I could do was laugh at her meanwhile Akeno was rubbing her back to make her breath normally and prevent her from fainting.

"Long ? Its only 6:38 am what's so long about that ?" She suddenly stood up straight.

"Eem well ... I want to change !! This is our senior year and. I also want to achieve good grades and continue my studies at the same university with you guys" she looks away shyly.
