Ethan and Cyndaquil has made it to Cherrygrove City. Before he could take Cyndaquil and HootHoot to the Pokemon Center a old man starts running to him. "Hey are you a rookie trainer?" ask the old man. "Uhhh yeah" answered Ethan. "okay come with me for a sec" said the old man. "Um excuse me I know what to do" said Ethan. Cyndaquil went bounced on Ethan's shoulder. "Okay I get it call me when you need me okay" said the old man. The old man walks away. "Okay Cyndaquil lets go to the Pokemon Center" said Ethan with a smile. Cyndaquil nodded happily. "Hey Nurse Joy can you please heal my Pokemon?" ask Ethan. "Sure" said Nurse Joy with a smile. In about like ten seconds Nurse Joy gave back the Pokeballs to Ethan. "Okay your Cyndaquil and HootHoot is all heal" said Nurse Joy. 'Thank you Nurse Joy" said Ethan with a smile. Cyndaquil went bounced on Ethan's shoulder. "Cmon let's go buddy Cyndaquil" said Ethan with a smile. When Ethan and Cyndaquil went outside he saw group of Pokemon Trainers battling. "Hey can i have a Pokemon Battle with you guys?" ask Ethan. "Sure battle me first" said a Pokemon Trainer. "Okay I choose you HootHoot!" yell Ethan. HootHoot pops out of it's Poke'Ball. "Okay I choose you Pidgey!" yell a Pokemon Trainer. "My name is Ethan and here is my special partner Cyndaquil" said Ethan with a smile. "Okay HootHoot use Tackle!" yell Ethan. "Pidgey use Tackle!" yell a Pokemon Trainer. Pidgey and HootHoot both use Tackle attack. "Now HootHoot use Gust!" yell Ethan. HootHoot's Gust attack went flying at Pidgey. Pidgey has fainted. "Oh no Pidhey return" said the Pokemon Trainer sadly. "All right we won HootHoot" said Ethan with a smile. Cyndaquil did a high five on HootHoot. "Hey thank you for battling me and my name is Jimmy" said Jimmy with a smile. "Hey I will give you my phone number" said Jimmy. "Wow thank you" said Ethan with a smile. Now Ethan has Jimmy's Phone number. In about like 6 minutes Ethan and Cyndaquil wave goodbye to Jimmy. "Hey Cyndaquil you are getting stronger and HootHoot too" said Ethan with a smile. Cyndaquil nodded happily.
