«Leah's POV»

*new text message from unknown number*

I hesitate a little before opening the message and checking to see who it was.

Unknown: hey love :) it's Niall. I hope this isn't too much for you to take on. I understand how that whole fangirl thing works and I wouldn't blame you if you were freaking out a little. Anyway, I would really love to get to know you.

Leah: hi!!! I think a little is a bit of an understatement😳 But I still don't understand, you meet tons of beautiful fans everyday? Why me? Why not the girls that were ahead of me or someone who isn't literally obsessed with you?

Unknown: Understatement maybe. And yes all of my fans are beautiful and wonderful, but you stood out. I saw you and didn't think "just a fan" I saw you and thought wow. More then that you were so nice and so genuine and breathtaking to look at. I was so excited when I found your picture and even more happy when I realized that I could reach out to you.

Leah: This is one of my biggest dreams. I've never thought that any of this would really happen. I have posters of you plastered on to my wall, your a huge part of my life , your even my phone background. This isn't real.

Unknown: Well it can be. Tour ends in 1 week. I would love to see you, but this time more then 2 minutes.

Leah: R u kidding?

Unknown: Actually I'm not.

Leah: Okay I swear to god this is someone playing a prank on me. This would never happen in a million years.

Unknown: Don't believe me?

*incoming call from unknown*

I listen to my phone as the ringtone plays. Shutting my eyes and slapping my arm as hard as I could. This is not reality. The ring is heard twice more before my thumb somehow hits the accept button.

I shakily bring the phone up to my ear and manage to stutter out a shy  :

"Hello?"

"Hi, this is Niall!"

My mouth drops and it feels like my brain has been ripped out of my skull and shattered into pieces. I've lost all sense of reality and all I can feel is a silent scream building in my throat. Suddenly that scream doesn't remain silent anymore.

"AHHHHHHHHHH"

"Wow, not the reaction I was expecting but okay."

"I-I'm so sorry I-"

"It's alright love, I should have known. I would probably have the same reaction."

The way his buttery, captivating voice was projecting from the phone made my heart do backflips and my stomach ache with nervousness. I didn't know what to say. I was just a fangirl and he was a superstar asking me to hang out. I couldn't breathe my throat felt numb and my brain was completely empty. I was lost. But didn't know why.

"I'm starting to get the feeling that your not going to answer me.."

"No, no I uh. Just thinking."

"This is all a completely unexpected surprise. I mean I don't even know what to say to you. It's not everyday that Niall James Horan asks you to hang out."

"Oh no I understand. But what you can say is yes. This is something that I would love to do and I'm pretty sure you would too."

"YES! Yes of course. I'm just so antsy and I love you"

My brain starts to kick in and I realize what had just came out of my mouth. I slap a hand over my mouth and start to apologize.

"Oh my god. I am so sorry, I didn't mean t-"

"Leah. It's okay love. It's an expected reaction. But I will have to let you go because I am getting called by a certain boy named Liam. Goodbye for now!"

The call ends and I am left standing in the middle of my room eyes wide and jaw dropped, trying to pick up a sense of reality. I was just on the phone with Niall James Horan. My hands shake with anticipation as I unlock my phone and go back to my recent messages. I tap the unknown number and change the contact information.

Name: Niall 😱☺️💙

Number: unknown

I want to cry, scream and jump up and down all at the same time.  Then I realize that I said that I would hang out with THE Niall Horan next week.

I run down my stairs and through the front door as fast as I possibly could, jumping in my moms car and driving as fast as possible to Shaylee's house to explain this whole thing.

The last thing I remember is the car swerving sideways falling off the road into a ditch. A loud popping then shattering sound. Then it all went black.
