Another Life:

I stood there and gazed at the cite before me, there lay a young maiden no older than 20 against a small palm tree, her hair fell like a beautiful turquoise water fall, her pale skin look smoothed it made me want to caress her face. She looked like a statue carved to perfection, is she real? or have I been out in the sun for to long. I saw the young maiden stir in her sleep before opening up her ocean blue eyes, she looked around until her eyes landed on me, she looked at me with curious eyes.

"Are you alright Ms.?" I asked bringing her back from her day dream

"Oh, Yes i'm quit alright." She stood up quickly, but ended up losing her balance, but before she could hit the ground I quickly wrapped my hands around her waist, " Thank you." She said with a kind smile that shun brighter than a thousand gems

"Your welcome." I replied with a gentle smile, " I am Taurus I come here from Astrollix." I bowed

"I am Aquarius, it is a pleasure to meet you Taurus." She greeted doing a little crusty, "I must be going now it was a pleasure to talk to you." She said

"As was mine." I replied as she walked off. The next day I was walking to the palm tree hoping to see the maiden again, to my disappointment she wasn't there, I started to walk back to where my camp was set out before I heard the most angelic voice in my life. I followed to where the voice was coming form and saw Aquarius swimming the water with a girl that looked younger than her with light blue hair.

"Hello!" I yelled, when they both turned around I waved at Aquarius and she waved back with a bright smile on her face, the blue haired girl looked at me with what I believe was fear and quickly hid behind a rock.

"Hello there Taurus." Aquarius greeted, " What a surprise seeing you here."

"I heard someone singing and thought I would see who it was." I said sitting on the edge of a rock as she was still in the water

"Oh that was me I'm sorry if my singing bothered you." She apologized.

"There's no need to be sorry, I actually quit enjoyed your singing,." I complemented

"Why thank you kind sir." She giggled

"And who might that be?" I asked pointing at the small girl who was still hiding behind the rock.

"That is my sister Pisces, she is quit shy." She answered

"Aquarius It's time to go." I heard her sister yell from a far

"I have to get going, but I would like to see you again is you don't mind." She said shyly

"Not at all. Meet me here tomorrow at noon." I said

"Alright." She smiled

"Don't be late." I yelled as she swam towards her sister

"I won't!" She yelled back. And just like that day after day we would always meet at the same spot and walk around the beach until it was time for her to go. I would teller her stories of where I have been and the thing I see.

"Taurus, why are you exactly here?" She asked me once while playing with the sea shell necklace I gave her

"What do you mean?" I asked

"I mean whats the reason your here, we don't get many people here." She said

"Well the reason we're here is, because there have been rumors of this sea monster that would destroy ships, so we sent one of our men here to see, they were supposed to return six months ago but they never did so My crew and I came here to kill the thing that took our ships." I explained

"Oh" was all she said. The next few day Aquarius seemed sad, so I finally asked her what was wrong. She had told me that I had to leave it wasn't safe for me here, at first I never knew what she meant by that, until it happened.

"Are you certain that the monster is here?" I asked Aries our captain

"Yes I'm certain, we will attack from here, here, and here." He said circling the places on the map, "but be careful, rumor has it that the monster is protected by sea creatures, don't let their looks fool you, they are suppose to be the most beautiful creatures with a voice that came from heaven to lure you and drag you to the bottom of the ocean." I remember we got there just as planned, but got attack by none other than Mermaids. I remember seeing something fly towards me, but before I got hit someone had jumped in the way, what I saw shocked me

"No, no, no." I repeated as I quickly went to the body that laid half dead, "Oh God Aquarius, please don't die." I pleaded, tears sting my eyes as her fin turned into her human legs

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner." She softly laughed.

"Hey it's going to be okay just hang on, please." I said

"Taurus, p-please don't cry." She said her gentle hands caressed my face, "Please smile one last t-time for m-me."

"Please don't say that I know your going to be okay." I said as the tears started to roll down my face

"I-I Love y-you" I said as she started to cough up blood

"I love you too, so please, please don't leave me." I begged

"I-I'm sorry, but our love just couldn't be, I hope to see you in another life." She whispered

"And I will be waiting for you." I said gently kissing her forehead, as her body went numb 'I will always be here for your.'

I knelt down and ran my finger across a sea shell necklace, It had a familiar touch

"Is something wrong?" I looked to see my purple haired boyfriend staring at me

"Other than your hair no." I giggled

"What you don't like it?" he asked pouting

"Maybe in a other life." I said giggling more but stopping when I saw him look kind of shock, "What?"

"Nothing, just know I will be waiting for you in that other life." He said making me smile, "Come on lets go before the sunsets." he said pulling me up to my feet.

" I love you Aquarius." He said

"I love you too Taurus." I said giving him a quick peck on the lips, as we continued to walk down the sand beach hand in hand, while I placed the necklace in my pocket.
