In a dystopian society once known as Australia, the ruling government and its civilians are in a Cold War. The Sector Agents ,a separate entity from the government, are enforcing the law and keeping the Peace Treaty that was set years before after the government overthrew the old system.
Raven, a Sector Agent, is placed on a murder case that may break the treaty for good and rekindle the fire to a civil war.
With limited time to find the truth, Raven finds herself in the company of two men who reveal that the government has plans to start and end this war, with or without New Australis' citizens.
