The cool night spreads like an infectious disease. Dark clouds form as sounds of the crackling thunder rolls through the thick, static filled air. All life has deserted the streets with an exception of four dark shadows. On victim, one shadowed hunter and two predators.
The shadowed hunter slows to a jog as his victim stumbles in the moonless night. A flash of metallic glints off the lightening that strikes down from the sky in a crackle of fury and anger. The shadowed hunter points a long barrel towards the dark form of his victim, a low growl of a tree branch protests against the unrelenting winds, the dark form freezes at the echo of a cocked gun.
The storm rages in the distance, thunder rolls and lightening strikes the ground somewhere near. The dark form slumps forward, reaching out to the lightening bolt as if it's his afterlife. The shadowed hunter stares at his victim that now lays, unmoving on the ground. His blood mixing with the rain puddle he now drowns in.
The two predators strike, as fast and as lethal as the force of natures lightening. They circle their gun wielding prey like lions on a hunt.
The storm surges forward; lightening assaults the ground over and over, unrelenting in its ferocious attack until the first rays of light dash the sky.
