Y/N's P.O.V

Hi I'm Y/N L/N and well as civilians and friends know me by that name I have my alter ego. Nightingale. Batman or Bruce Wayne is my mentor and adopted father but I haven't officially taken over the last name just yet.

(Since its batman day let me do dis plz ;-;)

But the good thing is about my life I'm on a team called Young Justice. I'm not alone I have my adopted brothers as well fighting besides me like Dick who's Nightwing and Tim who's the current Robin.

I have many other friends on the team to but let's just say the girl don't like me much... even though Barbra is like a sister to me she just...well... ignores me....

Enough about that. I do have lots of guys friends on the team like Impulse and Blue Beetle... ahh... don't get me started on him! I act like I hate him but I really love him... it's just I have trouble expressing my feelings.

Anyways batman right now after we finish fighting off some of joker's goons as he flees off like usual. "I'll drive" I said walking towards the bat mobile. "No", "I know how!", "No!" I sighed in defeat and got into the passenger side as we sped off into the streets of Gotham.

"You have a mission coming up with the team soon and I expect good of you from this, this would've been a league mission but we are handing this over to you guys, don't let us regret the decision". He said as we pull up into the bat cave and I headed to my room changing into my nightwear.

I see my phone ping up and it was a news article. "Blue Beetle saves the day but what about his team? Is he ditching them for his own solo act?". Bellow it shows a picture of Jaime smiling and waving and I just scoff.

Ever since we encountered the reach with Black Beetle and Green Beetle he has been acting strange which is kind of bothering me but I can't show it I don't know how! I rolled my eyes as I turned my phone off and jumping on my bed falling into a deep sleep.

*Next Day*

I woke up and saw Alfred brought me some breakfast. I sighed as I quickly ate it then went to my closet and changed into my suit. Once I was finished I headed into the. Bat cave and went into the Zeta Tube going to the Mountain.

"Nightingale B13". The zeta tube says as I walk in. I noticed Tim flirting with Cassie and Babs with Dick. I rolled my eyes and made my way towards Bart. "Hey Gale what's crash?" He says smirking as Jaime is in his civilian clothes rolling his eyes as I approach.

"Oh hey Bart! Nothing really". I said sitting down as I glare at Jaime. How could he be so...so.. selfish like that! As I was talking to myself in my head Bart noticed the tension. "Well erm... hey Jaime why don't you just tell Gale how you fe-". Bart got caught off with Jaime.

"I don't have time for this she isn't worth my time nor to anyone else". His words were like venom and spat at me as he walked away. As tears wield up in my eyes I heard Nightwing's voice through the whole cave.

"Team you all need to be here for briefing now!" He said. I start getting up as my eyes blurred my vision then finally cleared up. "The Reach has been selling food products with Lex Corp and I need a group of you to find out what is going on with this!" He started as he showed pictures through the screen.

"That's why I'm creating a squad for this mission, Impulse, Robin, Arsenal, Nightingale and Blue Beetle I want you 5 to figure out what is going on and being back samples!" He finished as his domino masked stared into mine.
