It Takes One To Know One

Chapter-1 Rivals

          

     I was in the princepal office sitting with my head down covered with food, not too happy in what I did in the cafeteria. I was scared that I might be expelled from school and my parents wouldn't be happy with me. Once they know that I get expelled from school they're going to kill me and once I'm already dead, they're going to get me and kill me again (not really...) but I was very nervous and scared in what the principal was going do with us.

I glared at that person who was also covered with food and who started everything and got us in trouble. It was no other than that Jerk Jeon Jungkook. People call him The Prince of Pranks because he's really good on doing them and also good of not getting caught by other teachers when he does something mischievous in class or out of class, but this time he won't be running away form what he cause today in the cafeteria.

He just finished telling the principal what just happen in the cafeteria between me and him, but the principal  wasn't too convince about his side of the story. I could tell that principal Park wasn't too happy with us. He knows Jungkook and I don't get along together. I mean we are complete opposite from each other. For example the obvious, I'm a girl and he's boy. I'm helpful, he's not. I do my homework, he doesn't. I love school and I listen in class, he doesn't. I don't like to capture people attentions, he does. I don't do sports, he does.  I'm respectful, he's not. See my point. We are the definition of opposite. Any way we had the superintendent come to visit us at school to see in how our school is doing and how each teacher manages to keep students in good 'eduction'. Either way at the end, it turned out  into a disaster.

" Thank you, Jungkook for telling your side of the story." Mr. Park said " Now let me hear yours Eunsu." He said facing me .

Finally it was my turn to tell him it wasn't my fault who started the whole 'thing'.

" Well, First let be tell the truth behind the lies Jeon Jungkook have told you about what happened at the cafeteria." I turned to face Jungkook giving him a glare. "I wasn't my fault who started it.  It was that stupid jerk Jungkook." I pointed at Jungkook, standing up from my seat.

He gave me a confusing look saying " WHAT !? Are you offending me...your the ONE who started it." Pointing back at me as he stood up from his chair.

" No!? How am I offending you? I was just sitting down eating my lunch." I said arguing with him.

" Sure~but your the one who caused the problem..."

"Me? I was the one who started the problem? Your the one who started the fight in cafeteria.

"

" What!?....It was an accident!"

Then we started to argue ... again. I was very mad at him and I know he was also mad at me, but to be honest I don't give a care if he is mad at me. Jungkook and me couldn't be together in the same place, if we were. It will proabably be war between us two. We're like water and oil that couldn't be mix together or like fire and rain. Sometimes at school people would call us husband and wife because we argued a lot like a couple. Which I hate when they do. Specailly my friend Sangmi who likes  to tease me and says that its very romantic to have a rival or that I was playing hard to get. Yeah, sure. Like if I ever wanted to date a fool who has no sense of humor. Most of the time I would give her a glare and make a big fit out it and change to subject.

I met Jungkook in 1st grade . He was a new  student in our school. Everybody liked him even the teachers did. They were all amazed when he entered the classroom. Gilrs stared to fall for him and guys want him to be friends with him.

Back then it didn't matter to me because he was a new student who is probably scared to be around others and I really didn't pay attention to him as much like today, but who I really pay attention to was with Kim Seokjin. Ever since I saw Jin, I have always set my eyes on him. I had fallen for him. He's just the perfect man to marry with. Look at him. He's the defintion of beauty. To be honest I have a huge crush on him, but I know that I may never have the chance to date him because he's very popular around girls (obviously) and also with the guys.

  Any way back to how I met that ugly Jerk who goes by the name Jungkook. It all started in ends of 1st grade. I was playing in the sand box with my friend making cakes and pretending that we were cooking food with sand. I was really into playing the the game and was about to give one to Jin and confess my feelings to him, until I felt sand coming down my head.

"Hahaha look at your face Enusu hahaha"

I stood still of shockness of what had happened. Turning around to see who it was. I got even more surpried.  Never have I thought, Jeon Jungkook would pour sand all over me. Like why him? Did he have a problem why he pour sand on me?

" Come and get me Eunsu and see how fast you can run " he said laughing at me and sticking his tonge.

The only thing I could do is cry of what he just did. Yep. A stupid thing to do infront of others, but what else could've done. I mean I was still a little girl who just got sand all over by a boy.

Suddenly a teacher came running because my friend Sangmi told her what had happened.

" Eunsu are you ok?" I just shook my head no. She told Jungkook to apologize to me for what he did and had to go to the bench.

But that wasn't the huge case that cause us to be rivals. It was in 3rd gade, when he started to pull out the pranks and started to do curl stuff to me and everyone else. Well moslty on me. Anyway, one day when our 3rd grade teacher left to grab some papers, all of us kids had to do our homework as we are suppose to and stay quite. Part of the class was doing their homework, but the rest were either whispering to each other or giggling of stupid stuff. I on other hand was doing my work and didn't mind of the choas that was going on, until felt a tap on my shoulder. Turing to the person who was tapping my shoulder it was no other than Jungkook who was giving me a smile.

"What do you need." I asked.

With a huge smile, he was hiding something behind his back. I was kinda suspeious of what he was hiding, so I gave him a confusing look.

"Oh nothing I just wanted to say that you had something on your head." Right when he said that he cracked an egg on top of my head,making the youk come down to my face slowly.

"Nice one, Jungkook!" said Jimin laugh across the room. Everyone in the class room laughed and started to call me "Eggsu." I didn't know how to react to this or how to even say something to him. I just starred at Jungkook who was down the ground laughing. So I went up to him and started to tackle him. Trying to make a fight with him, giving small punches and pulling his hair, but he ended up definding himself, so he started to pull my hair.

Back and forth hitting each other faces on the floor, kids got of their seats, surrounding us while yelling " FIGHT! FIGHT!"

Suddenly the teacher came rushing to us yelling ever student to sit down on their seat. Two other teacher came to seprarte Jungkook and me form each other and taking us to the principal office. Knowing I was in big trouble. Specially with my parents.

Thats why since then I have hated that Jerk Jeon Jungkook

" Please, you two calm down. The faster you two settle down, the faster you guys can leave." said the principal Park trying to pull us away.

" But I already told you what happen principal Park" Jungkook complained "Don't you believe me?"

" I know Jungkook and yes I do, but I want to hear Eunsu's side of the story.To decide what to do with you two, so go ahead Eunsu me your side of the story of what happened at the lunch room and oh...please with out arguing, ok"

" Yes principal Park. This is what happen..."
