On the edge of the forbidden forest two girls laid on the highest branch of a tree.
One , with fair skin and pale hair was in deep sadness, her head in the other girls lap and hands holding the other's as if she never wanted to let go.Sobs wrecked her small frame and her hold tightened.
"I'm sorry."A hear-wrenching sob."I'm so sorry."Another sob made her pause apologising."I don't know what to do.I don't want to leave you."
The other girl ,with her back to the tree's bark and her free hand running through the crying girl's hair, simply kissed the top of her head.
"It'll all be fine.Although we may suffer I think in the end we'll always find each other."
Faye Cassiopeia Malfoy finally lifted her head to stare at the dreamy eyes .Luna moved her hand from the girls hair to stroke her tearful cheek.
"How could you know that?"she said in a small almost hopeful voice.
And when Luna Lovegood gave her a smile so bright that the stars would be put to shame, Faye realised that she would do anything-absolutely anything-to see it again.
"Isn't it obvious?"The smiling girl asked"The stars told me."
