I told you she was alive!

James P.O.V

Right now me and Riley are just talking, but since she said she lost some memory I thought I better at least try to get her to remember some things. When Riley tells me what she remember and what she doesn't I start thinking, wow that doctor must be really dumb. Because Riley said the doctor told her she lost ALOT of memory, but she only forgot recent things like Emily coming back to the studio, her and Emily being cool again, and that I passed my math test and now I back at the studio, and the date I took her on and that were dating. Just as I was explaining our date to her the phone rings. "I'll be right back" I say to Riley. She nods her head yes. I walk into the kitchen and pick up the phone, it was my mom calling just to tell me that she'll be home late tonight.

When I go back out to the living room I find Riley curled up in a ball on the couch, sound asleep. I smile at that. Riley's just so cute when she's asleep, I cover her up with a cream coulored blanket, the same one I covered her up with eariler. Just then my doorbell rings. Standing there was west and eldon. " Dude why weren't you at dance rehearsals?" West asks. I turn my head to a nearby wall with a clock on it, and realized dance ended 10 minutes ago.

"I had company" I tell West.

"Really who"

"Riley" I say a little to excitedly

West's eyebrows go up and his mouth drops

" you ditched rehearsals to hang out with a dead body!?!" West screamed, really creaped out

At this point Eldon bursts out laughing. I don't really know why, but that's Eldon for ya

I rolled my eyes at West's comment

'No!!!!! For your information Riley is very much alive"

" James we really need to get your mind off of Riley's dealth, because obviously you've lost it"

I'm really offended right now, I mean my friends don't believe that Riley's alive. That's really good news that Riley's alive, and they think I'm lying.

"No guys Riley's alive and I can prove it" I say making my way to the living room.

West and Eldon follow me into the living room

I gently shake Riley waking her up from her nap

Her eyes flutter open

"Riley are you alive?" I ask her

"What???"

"Are. You. Alive"

"Umm yeah" Riley answers, clearly really confused

" how's that for proof?" I ask turning to West and Eldon

"What,when,how!!!.....huh?? They both say out of brealth

I chuckle to myself, while Riley tells them her story about how she's not dead

" looks like we have a lot of explaining to do to miss Kate" Eldon says

'Why" Riley and I both ask

" well at rehearsals miss Kate was freaking out because Riley's body wasn't where she left it.

" ok then, let's go tell miss Kate that there's no need to worry now" I say gently grabbing Riley's hand and racing to the front door. Soon enough we were in the parking lot of the next step studio. We walk in and surely there is miss Kate in her office, looking threw her little black book. When she spots us her eyebrows crinkle up and she mouths something, which I think is what but I'm not the best person at reading lips. Kate walks up to us and asks " guys where's the nearest mental hospital"? Us guys laugh and Riley lets out a small giggle.

" why?" I ask

" I think I'm going crazy,because Riley is standing right there and the last time I cheeked she was dead" Kate said fading away her voice

'Yeah about that not anymore" I reply
