"now go!"

"I..uh.. I'm sorry, there's traffic and the queue was very long at Starbucks." I said as I put the file and the coffee cup at his gigantic desk. 

"But still, you're late Ms. Washingtons." He looked at me and smirk. "and you still got your consequences for being late." I saw amusement dancing in his green eyes.

"Okay... What is it, sir?" I think today is not my day.

"You should accompany me while I was working overtime tonight."

"what?! But..."

"No buts! Now.." then he stood up from his chair and walk to me. "the files are already on your desk."

My mouth is open. How can he do that to me?! Today is his first day and he's already and he's already bossing me around. How can I survive working with him for God's know how long.

"now go!" he shooed me.

"stupid bastard!" I murmured. I hope he didn't hear me.

I look back before I close the door and I see him smirking at me.

Ugh! I hate those devilish smirk. Geez! I've got enough smirk for today!

I turn on my computer and start working. While I was working, suddenly I got an email from my mom. Strange.

Sweetie, how are you? I'm thinking of visiting your brother, do you want to accompany me? Btw, how was your day sweetheart? Is lily okay? I had a dream lastnight. You were walking down the aisle, you look so happy and I see this man standing at the altar and looking at you lovingly and boy.. He's handsome! Do you have a boyfriend now? Tell me!

What.is.going.on.with.everyone.today? I said to myself. Why does everyone keep asking me about a guy. Why is my love life so ironic?

I replied my mother's email.

It's just a dream, mom. My heart is not fixed yet. How come you forget it? I think, I won't be able to walk down the aisle in a short period of time. And yeah, I'd love to visit Evan with you. And no, I don't have any boyfriend now.

I sigh and started working. I feel my eyes going heavy. What time is it now? I think I've been working for more than an hour. I looked at my wrist watch and widen my eyes. It's midnight already?!

I walked to Mr. Daxton's office, so I can ask him for permission to get home.

I knocked the door and opened it. There was nobody in the room.

"sir?" no one answered.

I walked to his dest and found a note with a 'beautiful' handwriting

I've went home.

Shit! He left me alone in the middle of the night?! What kind of a man he is? Is he gay?

I walked home angrily. I didn't care if i'm going to be late tomorrow. I hate him with all of my heart!

Why Mrs. Houston asked me, no, demanded me to be his PA? Argh! I can't stand guys!

They don't have any heart! How could they let women walk alone in the middle of the night?! They just do everything they're desire.

I opened the door of my apartment and banged it. I hopped to my bed and sleep.

I hope that I won't wake early tomorrow. So, someone will replace me.
