Chapter 10

//So Dipper's going to go a bit nuts in this chapter. My goal is to get the views to one hundred. As soon as that happens, I'll start writing the sequel. My people, only one more chapter in this book! So I made it up to you, by making this chapter super, super long. The next day, the coronation began at around 10:00 am. All around were people celebrating the coming of the new queen with bells ringing from the elaborately decorated church in the town square. Dipper rode inside one of the carriages with Mabel that day as well, with the king being in the carriage in the lead. "Soon the whole world will bow to my will" thought the demon to himself. He then looked over the land and narrowed his eyes to go with the smirk across his face. Then Dipper felt a small tap on his shoulder and turned around to see Mabel. He then looked towards her, still smirking in glee. "Hey I was just wondering about yesterday. I'm so sorry about Gideon making fun of you and your friends" Mabel said, slightly smiling. Today she was a blue dress with gold lace and gold embroidery on the corset and skirt. Her long brown hair was in a tight bun at the top of her head and her brown eyes shone more then ever. "Just fine" Dipper replied slowly, his eyes bright like a lightbulb. Then Mabel noticed he was drumming his fingers on the side of the carriage rather softly. He was obviously hiding something by Mabel didn't want to push him. She noticed as he stared off again, that Dipper was wearing a black suit with a long black cape and a collar. His tie was a crimson colour. The princess then decided that Pacifica was definitely good at making clothes. However what was sure striking were his black gloves. Mabel hadn't see him wear gloves during the entire time he was there. Then Mabel sighed and sat back in the carriage. Then she noticed Dipper was muttering something. Maybe that was just normal? It was slow at first, but then got faster and faster. Pretty soon, Mabel was really worried. She then shook Dipper violently. In response, he pushed her hand away quickly and glared at the almost-queen. Mabel was taken aback at how unstable he seemed. "Are you alright Dipper?" she asked. Dipper then softened his glare and muttered "fine". Mabel nodded and then put on a giant smile and waved to her people. They in return, cheered and jumped up and down. Then the carriage stopped suddenly in front of the church. Dipper and Mabel both took a deep breath in. This was a defining day for both of them. Then Dipper took Mabel's arm and helped her out of the carriage. Soon they made it to the top of the stairs in front of the king. Dipper bowed slightly and then put on his signature smirk. "So sorry about yesterday" said Dipper slyly, his smile never leaving. "That's quite alright Mr.Cipher" Ford then said. He then hugged his niece affectionately. Then all the clapping stopped outside and Mabel whispered, "Wish me luck." Dipper nodded and entered the church from the side. Soon he got into his place upfront by the altar where Mabel was to be crowned. Mabel walked down the aisle flawlessly, as she bore a straight face. Everyone she walked by bowed in her grace. Even Dipper found himself bowing to her. Then the demon spotted the rift and grinned evilly. "It's only a matter of time" he hissed to himself. Then Dipper looked out to see Robbie, Wendy and Pacifica standing in the crowd. He nodded at them and they nodded back. The plan was officially now in action. Soon Mabel came up to the altar and knelt down before the king and the fairy godmother. Grenda in her blue dress, hugged the king and then took off his crown. She then held it up into the air and it transformed into a tiara of similar fashion. Still, Mabel was calm and relaxed as she felt the cold metal slip into her bun. Then she looked up at the fairy godmother and Grunkle Ford. Grenda after took the rift out of it's protection case. This was it, his time to strike. Dipper nervously looked at the descendants. Pacifica had the perfume in hand, Wendy was nodding at him and Robbie was gone to get the limo. Dipper nodded back. Now he had to steal that rift. And that was going to be tricky. Then the fairy godmother held the rift up above Mabel and recited, "Do you solemnly swear to govern the peoples of Auradon with justice and mercy as long as you shall reign?" "I do solemnly swear" said Mabel automatically. She then looked down for a second and back up at her grunkle and Grenda. Dipper then crept forward to snatch the rift. The cosmic rift floated inside the spherical orb like something from a dream. "Then it is my honour and my joy-" started Grenda. Dipper then ran forward and crept right behind Grenda. "To bless our new queen-" joyfully said the fairy godmother. But she never finished. The young demon ran and snatched the rift from Grenda's hand. Doing so a bolt of energy erupted from the rift, shattering the barrier around the Isle of the Lost. Everyone backed up in shock and gasped in surprise. A few girls screamed. Grenda screamed too, except it was more manly. Dipper moved backward carefully and held the rift high in his gloved hand. Wendy and Pacifica rushed to their friend, glaring at the new monarch. "Dipper, give it back" said Mabel calmly. She stepped towards Dipper, only for him to hold the rift higher above the stone floor. "Stand back Mabel. I will smash it" said Dipper dangerously. "Revenge time" hissed Pacifica behind him. Wendy cracked her knuckles loudly. When several people gulped, she chuckled evilly. Mabel backed up in fright. She now had to confront her friends. Then the front door of the church smashed to show a slightly-dented limo. Several people screamed in fright and bolted from the sight. "Hey that's my car!" shouted Ford angrily. "Not anymore" said Robbie getting out of it casually. He then joined all the others behind Dipper. Then Dipper flicked his hands. The tiara from Mabel's head floated up and disintegrated. "How dare you disintegrate the crown of Auradon and put yourself in the place of the rightful heir!" yelled Grunkle Ford. Dipper raised the rift a bit higher and in return Ford didn't move, but glared harshly. Dipper chuckled slightly to himself. "You're a filthy traitor demon!" shouted Ford from his position. "You misunderstand dear king" said Dipper slyly. He then grinned. "I am the heir of Auradon!" shouted the demon proudly. Mabel shook her head in disbelief at the crazed demon. His eyes were now swirling with colours. Mabel backed up in a bit of fright. She now knew what his friends meant now by "one minute he looks fine and the next totally unhinged". "Oh come on Mabel! You saw something familiar about my eyes didn't you?" taunted Dipper. His eyes then changed from yellow to blue and then back to yellow. Mabel stepped back in horror. "I am your brother Mabel. Your long lost brother that was supposed to be dead for 16 years. When Billeficent found me in the fire, he injected me with demon blood which aged me down 2 years. That's why we aren't twins anymore" stated the demon calmly, a smile never leaving his face. Now it made sense. Mabel decided that his human half and demon half were always fighting with one another. This was apparently shown with his eyes; blue for human and yellow for demon. The queen now knew what having a war with yourself really was. "Mason?" asked Ford in disbelief. This traitor was his grand nephew who was supposed to be dead for 16 years. It was almost too awful to be true. "I don't go by that name Ford" said Dipper coldly. Mabel then asked, "Why do you want to do this Dipper?" "For power obviously" replied Dipper forming a flame in his hand. Then Pacifica yelled, "All you do is make fun of us. We want revenge!" Wendy then shouted, "Once we bring the rift to Billeficent, we'll be in charge and we'll rule Auradon!" "You were right. Magic does eat you up" shouted Mabel back. She was determined to help Dipper snap out of this crazed fit he was having. She was determined to prove it was just magic. Dipper glared at her and stepped back slightly, fuming with anger. Mabel was surprised. Maybe he didn't want to go back on his own word. "Can't you see the monster you've become Dipper?! The demon I knew was kind and warm to me!" yelled the queen once more. Dipper's eyes then flooded with rage. "It was all an act" he yelled after a moment or two. "I don't believe that for a second and neither do you brother! Please open up your heart!" cried Mabel. That really touched Dipper on the inside. How could she still she good in him? Then blue lightning appeared in the room. Then in its place, was the demon Billeficent. Almost all the people screamed and fled the building. "Good job Pinetree! You're definitely worthy to rule" he said cheerfully. Mabel screamed from below. Then she levitated off the ground and was brought up to Billeficent's level. "So this is the idiotic princess who allowed us to form our master plan?" asked Billeficent as he played with the queen. "The one and only" Dipper said back evilly. "So how's about you hand over that rift Pinetree?" asked Billeficent. Dipper floated up to his level and was about to give the rift until Mabel shouted, "Don't do it Dipper!" Dipper stopped and stared at her in disbelief. He slightly lowered the rift. "Why do you keep fighting? You've already lost and your kingdom will fall to ruin!" Dipper snarled. Mabel glared at the young demon. He was so blind for someone with so much raw power. She could see pure energy in his fists, in the form of blue fire. "There's always still a chance you could realize what's right Dipper! And even if you submit to being Billeficent's pawn, I'll die before I submit to either of you!" screamed Mabel bravely. "I'm not his pawn. I'll rule next to him as an equal" said Dipper dangerously. Mabel couldn't believe that Dipper would trust Billeficient. Then she remembered the whole father son thing and decided that that's the reason. "I'm not so sure about that Pinetree" said Billeficent slyly. Dipper floated higher and turned around disbelievingly. "What! I'm supposed to rule with you and all the descendants! That was the deal!" yelled Dipper. Billeficent then laughed and reappeared behind an outraged Dipper. "Oh Pinetree. I just used you and your friends as pawns. Sure you can help with my evil rule and live in the castle, but rule beside me as an equal? That's never going to happen!" said Billeficent. Dipper turned red with rage and looked down at his friends below who looked up at him. Murderous looks crossed their faces. Then Dipper turned back to his normal yellow and faced the monster that was his father. "Now Pinetree. Kill Queen Mabel" Billeficent demanded. Mabel cringed as Billeficent's grip grew tighter on her. Now her own brother was going to murder her. Her brother that was supposed to be dead for 16 years. "No" replied Dipper cooly. Mabel looked at him in disbelief. After all this, he wasn't going to kill her. Then Billeficent turned red with anger. "YOU'RE MY PUPPET! DO AS I SAY!" yelled Billeficent. He then took all the people left cowering in the church and threw them outside. Mabel silently screamed in horror as her grunkle went flying out the window. "No!" yelled back Dipper. Mabel saw that his eyes were starting to soften. It was like the demon inside him was starting to melt. "This is wrong!" yelled back the younger demon again. Then Billeficent and Dipper went down to the ground. Wendy and Pacifica got ready to bolt out of there. Robbie was eventually pulled on by the girls as well. Mabel in return fell to the ground. She then tried to run but felt to weak and flopped to floor. Dipper lit himself on fire and faced the most feared demon ever known. Then Billeficent grew bigger and his colour was then a dull red. He had 2 mouths and his eye was black with a yellow slit pupil. His teeth were yellow and his horns grew even more spiky. "Alright Pinetree. If you won't kill her than I will" Bill said dangerously in a deep, metallic sounding voice. His finger began to have power swirling around it. "No you can't!" pleaded Dipper. But it was too later. "BYE LITTLE QUEEN!" shouted Bill as he shot the magic at her. Mabel screamed and closed her eyes tightly. This was going to be her dying day. Then a bright flash of white happened and her vision went black.
