Saved a Demi Lovato fan fiction

Chapter 1

Isabella POV-
Today's the day I start my new school. A fresh start. A chance to get away from the mean people in the other school and to make friends who will actually, well, be friends.
In my other school, I got dreadfully bullied. And to my luck (note the sarcasm) none of the teachers did anything about it. They all liked me and I liked them, I just hated the fact that they saw me getting bullied by basically the whole school and decided to do nothing about it.
Well, it's a new beginning now. A chance to not have to cut, starve, purge because I've been manipulated to think I need to. But instead a chance to go out with my friends and have some fun like any other 14 year old girl would want to do.
School time
As I walked through the gates, I took my earphones out of my ears and put them away as j didn't want to get told off before I've even been here for 5 minutes. Warrior by Demi Lovato had just come on. That song is so relatable, like most of her songs are to me. Believe in me made me cry the first time I heard it; the lyrics hit me like a ton of bricks.
I walked over to s big sign that read 'Reception' and walked through the door. "Hi I'm Isabella day and I'm the new girl. I got told to come here once I arrive"
"Ah hello Isabella! Here is your timetable. The school isn't too big so I'm sure you'll find your classes easily. You've got English first in M23 in 10 minutes so I'd start now if I were you if you don't wanna be late" the lady at the desk told me. I said Thankyou and made my way to the class, just making it on the bell.
"Hello I'm miss Cameron, you must be Isabella?" Miss Cameron asked me
"Yes I am" she smiled at me. This woman is way to happy for a Monday.
"Okay so can you sit in the back corner next to Tia please?" I looked over to see a girl with Afro hair and lots of makeup on. She was quite pretty but didn't look like someone to mess with.
"Sure" I replied. I walked over and took a seat next to Tia.
"Okay class so as you can all see we have a new student and I'm just gonna get you all to go round the class and say your name and something you enjoy doing whilst I pop out to get Isabella her books" the whole class agreed and she left with yet another smile on her face.
"So fat ass what school did you come from" did she just say fat ass? I thought I was getting away from the bullies!
"Cranook high" I replied shyly
"Ha! No wonder your so ugly! I swear I've never seen someone who looks pretty come out of that school" one girl blurted out.
"Ugly!"
"Worthless!"
"You don't belong here!"
"God why are you wasting our time coming he-" one girl got cut off as the teacher walked in and a boy in the front row who had been laughing his head off at the comments made stood up.
"Hi I'm James and I love playing rugby" just the way he said it scared me.
"Hey I'm Ruby and I like singing" the rest of the class carried on acting as if nothing had happened and this carried on throughout the next lesson. Soon enough, it was break.
I walked outside,minding my own business when Tia and her 'gang' came over to me and slammed me against the wall.
"Listen bitch, we don't like new people invading our class. Therefore we get to treat you how we want to. Should be easy seeming as you're so ugly anyways. Get her girls" I was petrified. Suddenly, one girl three a punch at me as the others kicked me to ground and beat me up.
After what felt like forever, they left me laying there helplessly on the ground. Soon, one girl came running over to me asking me if I was okay. She looked familiar... A bit too familiar.
"Yeah I'll be fine thanks" I looked up to get a proper look at her and realised that Madison de la garza was right infront of me! Hold in your inner fangirl Izzy. It's only your idols sister. Your idol is just a human and so is her sister. Just act casual.
"No you're not, you're bleeding! Come on, I'll get you sorted out." She took me to bathroom as she got to know a bit about me and I did for her as well. Although, I did already know most of it.
"Okay this might sting a bit" she placed an antiseptic wipe over my knee and it wiped away the blood revealing a nasty gash on my left knee.
"First day of school and I've already been beaten up and had the Mickey taken out of me. Great. Can this day get any better?" I said sarcastically causing maddie to giggle a little.
"Don't worry, just stick with me. That lot don't usually mess with me because they get too worried that Demi will probably humiliate them one way or another" we both laughed and I said Thankyou to her.
"Are you just using me for Demi?" Maddie asked, seriousness in her voice.
"No! Of course not! You are the first person that has spoken to me in a nice way in about 5 years and honestly, as much as I love Demi and her music, I would never use you to get to her. Infact, I wouldn't use any famous sibling to get to someone I love. It's not fair on you." She smiled
"Thankyou. Am I seriously the first person to be nice to you I. 5 whole years?" She asked sympathetically.
"Yes. Yes you are."
