This day, human population had gone to 0% (well maybe not) after a meteor crashing to earth.
I remember that day very well. It's a day that I will never forget for the rest of my life.
"Breaking News Live, meteors sudden appear from outer space causing panic all around the globe. scientists had no idea how the meteors appear without being detected. Civilians shall retreat to the safehouse provided by the Government immediately. The meteor landing to Japan is eta....... BOOM!!!!! C------i-ns....... s---al-- m--o--..........." That's the last news broadcast that every man can hear. The next thing I know is a loud noise, followed by shockwaves and earthquakes, shook our house violently. Although we had made quake-proof precautions to our house before (Japan houses usually do), the magnitude of this quake is too high to protect us from......
I'm the only survived among my family...... It's been a week after the incident, I went up and searched for the remains but not a single corpse were found, strange.......
"Not a single corpse or dead body???" I wondered.
Oh I forgot to introduce myself didn't I???
My name is Takeyama Hiroshi, I'm just a 16-years old, ordinary high-school student. I'm 172 centimeters tall and weigh 45 kilograms..... that's all about me..... you can Imagine my look anyway you like.
OK let's get back to the story
No corpses? Seriously? Dinosaurs has bones and fossils as remain even when they're dead, but in this case, not to mention a single bone, a single CELL couldn't be found.......
"Just what happened after this......" I muttered as I walked along the streets of..... Well the whole place is ruined I don't think I can recognize a single building across the globe.
The sky is gloomy, as usual after the incident of course. After that day of tradgedy to all mankind, blue skies, rain, snow and every natural phenomenon doesn't exist anymore. I don't get to investigate either, because even if I do ,it doesn't change the fact that all mankind no longer exists
They are dead. ALL DEAD BECAUSE OF THE INCIDENT.
As usual I went to the ruins of the city. Nothing much remains but, luckily the convenient stores survived. I can't cook (My cooking skills are "great" enough to even let my kitchen explode) So in order to survive, I need to get supplies to feed myself.
I then rushed to the convenient store and tried to open the glass door but...
"What? No way......" The door is LOCKED.
This is strange, I went here yesterday and the door isn't even locked.
"Wha--! How is this even possible??"
As a short moment passed, I saw something out of logic.
It is quite a scene that you can easily find in horror movies,but this time it happened right in front of my naked eyes.
Bloody words came out of nowhere and imprinted at the 8-feet tall glass door. The word stated "You are now the angel, Takeyama Hiroshi" (お前は天使だ、武山浩)
I stood in front of it, doing nothing but standing still, not even a single movement was made by me, I gasped and keep standing still in front of the transparent door filled with bloody words that I don't even understand the way it was imprinted there. Especially, WHY IS MY NAME IN FRONT OF THE DOOR?
"Is this a dream? Just....... that's no way this would happen right?"
About a minute after the word appears, something flew past me from behind and stabbed through the glass as it was just centimeters away from me, the glass door was break-proof so it didn't shatter. I was shocked for a few seconds and when I looked at that "Object" I realized, that "object" is a MILITARY KNIFE.
"Hey! That almost killed m-....."
Without letting me finishing my word, a voice, filled with sounds of anger, came from my behind.
"So, you are the Angel of this round.......... huh?"
"Wha--" I turned back immediately
There is a figure of a girl standing around 12 feet away of my sight. As she came closer I have a better view on her. She has a beautiful silver hair tied in a ponytail form with bells and ribbons decorated her hairband, her blue eyes, filled with anger, stared at me fiercely. Her slender body are covered with bandages at most places. She wears a black Tee with a Kevlar covering it, and a Army-like jeans. Her wrist is tied with bandage, it might be bruises from the incident I think. If I don't look at her closely I might even misjudge her as a boy. She is holding something sharp in both her hands.
It is the KNIFE. The same MILITARY KNIFE that almost killed me.
The girlish figure moved faster than just now. She walked faster and faster until she rushed towards me, holding the knife in a stabbing stance.
"Die!!!"
