Chapter 8

Issei's POV:

"Alright since Raynare is here why don't we all try and take out this weird animal that has been sighted," Rias stated to all of us.

"What animal is it Rias?" I questioned and she just shrugged her shoulders.

"That I don't know but it shouldn't be too hard for us to take it out," Rias replied "Also Raynare how many wings do you have?"

Raynare shot out her wings from her bakc and all of us looked shocked, including herself, to see that she had 8 wings!

"Wait what!?" She said shocked at how many wings she had.

"Wow..." Everyone mumbled staring at the jet black wings on her back.

"Well this animal is toast!" I exclaimed making Raynare blush a bit.

"Then what are we waiting for?!" Rias said enthusiastically "Lets kill this thing!"

Everyone shot their fists up in the air and shouted "YEAH!"

Soon everyone else shot out their wings and flew to the location because Raynare and Irina couldn't use Rias' teleporting power as they weren't part of her her peerage.

Time Skip

We soon arrived at a dark forest and we all retracted out wings as we landed onto the ground.

"Alright everybody stay on your guard," Rias said as we all drew out our weapons along with me and my boosted gear.

I soon heard a girl scream for help "HEEEEELP!"

I looked at the others and they nodded and we all sprinted towards the scream. When we got their however we all got pinned down with our arms behind our backs by these monsters! They had a thin hairy body with a skull for a head with horns shooting out. Their eyes varied from blood red to burning yellow and they all laughed, which surprised us to see these guys could actually talk.

"Hey wheres that girl you shit!" I shouted at them and they laughed insanely.

"Right here," One of them said in the girl's voice, which shocked us.

"You tricked us you bastards!" Raynare spat at them with venom and they were still laughing it was getting on my nerves.

Soon I decided I had enough of this and I kicked the creature pinning me in the leg and he howled in pain as he staggered back.

"You'll regret that you shit!" It shouted as it started charging towards me at a very high speed.

It opened it's mouth ready to eat me until I saw a light spear enter it's mouth and it died right there.

I looked behind me and saw Raynare who was holding a light sword that had another one of those creatures impaled on it "Die bastard!" She said coldly as she pulled the other creature off of her sword.

"Thanks," I said to her and when I looked around I saw that the rest had all died except for 1.

"There is still one more left!" I screamed as I saw the horned creature running away at lightning speed.

"I've got this," Raynare said as she threw a light spear at the creature, which grunted in pain as it hit it in the leg causing it to trip over.

We rushed towards it and held him up and pushed him back down to the ground so that it faced us.

"What are you?" Rias asked coldly and the creature just laughed.

"I'm a wendigo," It laughed maniacally.

"Any last words?" She said as she raised her hand conjuring up a powerful demonic spell.

"Killing me would start a war!" It shouted insanely.

Rias stopped performing a spell "And why would that happen?" She questioned.

"Because I am a demon under the command of the great Demon King Of Darkness!" It exclaimed.

"And who is this Demon King Of Darkness?" She asked interested.

"Why don't I call him," He said as he howled and soon the sun turned a burning blue and the sky turned black.

Soon we all felt an aura so powerful it made it hard for us to breathe.

"Whats happening!?" Irina and Xenovia choked finding it hard to breathe.

The wendigo stood up "Master should be coming soon!"

Soon fiery blue column of flames shot down from the sky and from that emerged a man dressed all in black with a hoodie and bandana covering his face. So this was the Demon King Of Darkness! The power from his aura alone is making it hard for us to even breathe! His glowing (1E/C) and (2E/C) eyes widened when he saw us and soon I felt like I had seen his eyes somewhere before.

"Ah, hello master," The wendigo said as it bowed to him.

He spoke with a spectral voice  "What happened here?"

"You see these guys killed some of our fellow demons," The wendigo said pointing at the creatures we slew.

"Ah but you attacked them first didn't you?" He said and soon the wendigo looked up.

"Sorry master, you may kill me if you want," He replied bowing.

"WAIT REALLY!?" I shouted still finding it hard to breathe "YOUR SERIOUSLY GOING TO ALLOW HIM TO KILL YOU!? Man this demon's loyalty must be never ending.

"Yes of course, he is my master after all and I disobeyed him," He replied still bowing "But the loyalty I show right now is nothing compared to the skeleton soldiers and the lich king!" He laughed as the others and I wondered what other demons this guy has under his control.

"Return back to base," He said as he created a portal.

"Thank you master," The wendigo said walking through the portal and once he was through it vanished.

"Alright what are you guys doing here?" He asked us.

"Well could you lessen you aura a bit because we are finding it seriously hard to breathe here!" We all choked.

"Right sorry," He replied as he lessened his aura and the sun soon turned back to normal and the sky became blue again.

Soon we all gasped for air finally able to breathe properly.

"I'm surprised to see you here," He said pointing at Raynare.

"Why should that be?" She said a bit coldly, because after all this guy doesn't look that trustworthy.

"Because I brought you back to life," He stated earning a loud gasp from everyone.

Alright this chapter is done! I introduced the wendigo demon and I also introduced the Demon King Of Darkness (you) to the Occult Research Club (I shall call it ORC in later chapters) (but they don't know its you *wink *wonk, well not yet). Anyways I hope you enjoyed the chapter! Bye!
