Never Been Kissed

Out in the Cruel World

Tears were streaming down my face and i was running down an alley way. I thought to myself how did it end up this way.   Flashback!
Well it all started when i turned 6. My family was happy but then my dad started to come home yelling and kicking stuff. He came over to me and said it was all my fault he wasn't happy. My mom stood up for me  and turned to her and grab her hair and knocked her over and dragged her by her hair. I covered my hears but i could still hear her screams. My dad was brought to jail later that month. I was crying and my mom was crying. End of flashback.
Now my mom was sitting in the hospital with cancer. It is only a matter of time before she dies. We were left with nothing when dad went to jail. We had little money but we sold our apartment and bought a house in Annabet. We were doing pretty good until mom was diagnosed with lung cancer. She doesnt want to do chemotherapy , she is going to die. Im going into senior year of high school. And im the shy one and it doesnt help that i dont have many friends at all. All i hear is , " uh Sam is so weird" and " Sam is such a słût". Even though im still a virgin, never have had a boyfriend, and I've never been kissed. Yes im 17 and i haven't been kissed , big deal!
Back to the Present
  I run all the way down Main Street to my house. I get to my house and start to really break down i collapse on the ground crying. My best friend , Luke, comes out and rushes over to me. He knows whats going on , he's a family friend.
"Everything is going to be fine , i promise"
Thats an empty promise
" No it wont. It will never be fine. My mom is f*cking dying in the hospital , Luke!"
"I know" Luke mutters
"You know what i have an idea! Lets watch a movie and play never have i ever!" He says cheerfully
I sigh and i think it would be a good a idea to not think about mom.  I better man up because im about to be thrown into a cruel world.
