[EXO] A Lost Memory

Chapter 4: Healing

The scent of alcohol lingers around my nose as I relax my whole being in this soft cushion, my eyes slowly opened seeing all white walls around me.

'Am I dead?'

Looking more further, trying to make my view clear.

"Eunhye" a soft voice called.

Then I remember collapsing earlier at my homeroom after enduring my knee. But even before that, something happened.

I was carried by someone.

"Baekhyun" I looked at him as he sat beside me.

"Are you alright? You should have told me about your knee" he worridely said and took my hand for comfort.

"I-I'm fine" and quickly look at the other way.

"You got me all worried... the doctor said it was because of your previous accident... you must take good care of yourself"

Yeah, that's what happened. That freaking pain in my heart hit it again as I remember all of the pain, it stab me carelessly in every part.

"Eunhye, you should have gone along to your therapies so you could have gain back your strength"

Then it hit me and quickly took my hand away from him "I said I'm fine" trying my best to control my tone.

"Eunhye I was just--

I cut him off "Could you just leave" and look away "Thank you for bringing me here, but I think you don't have the right to tell me what to do in my life... you don't know me, and I don't know you! So! just leave me alone"

His eyes got wider and I know his upset, but then eventualy stood up and left.

I don't know how long I was looking at no where, as some part of that accident was reviewed in my head.

"Eunhye" a soft voice called, I don't know why but I like hearing my name with his melody. It makes my heart rest in a bed of clouds, my sense of hatred and pain where blown by his soft air.

My head slowly turn looking at the comfort of his eyes, he immediately run and sat at my bed. I was warmth by his hug of concern and the word 'worried' is plastered all over his forehead when he pulled away.

"I was so worried, what happened? Where have you been?" His eyes are full of concern.

"Sehun" I mumbled trying to figure out where to start.

It's just been a while.

Since we met.

But why do I feel.

So important around him.

He held both of my hands and let it rest on his chest.

"I felt like my heart would burst seeing you in pain like that" Our eyes never left each others gaze "I was about to help you, but Baekhyun-hyung came and he held you" Then his eyes diverted the other way.

'Oh yeah! Baekhyun, I shouldn't have treated him like that'

"Where is he"

"He left a while ago, why?" his eyes showede jealousy.

"Maybe I should talk to him later" and looked at our hands.

Then a painful silence cover us.

"What happened Eunhye?" He started to play circles of comfort over my knuckles "The Doctor said you might have encounter it from an accident? Where you an athlete before?" Then look at my eyes for answers.
