William Black was the innocent kid at Riverwell. No one noticed him for he was always invisible. With a slight stutter, glasses that occasionally slipped down the crook of his nose, straight A's and a beautifully neat reputation in his education, no one noticed anything particularly odd about Will.

No one knew Will well enough to know that he had been in a dark place. That there were more things behind that thick, heavy coat of lies and perfection. Things that even I could not explain, even as the girl who knew him most.

I began to think that no one could've saved him. And when I did, he was already gone.
