Rose Red Wine and Violet Blue Eyes

1- My Life

I wake up to the sun shining through my window of a usual Kansas City morning. I get up and head downstairs to be greeted by my mom.

"Morning, Reba," she smiles.

"Morning, Mom."

"So there's some high school festival today throughout Crown Center. Only high schoolers are allowed. You should head down there with Abbey. You two need to socialize.. If you know what I mean.." She smirks giving me a nudge and throwing a wink my way.

"Oh my god, Mom. No," I chuckle.

"Come on. It'll be fun."

I head to my room and get dressed. Let me remind you, I'm not a normal teenager so my style may not seem stylish. I throw on a white Crown the Empire v-neck, black skinny jeans with hoes in the knees, rubber bracelets, black vans, my Pisces necklace and dog tag. I go to the bathroom and do my coal black hair. I straighten it out and tease the top half. I have my bangs hang over my right eye. I do winged eyeliner and my eyebrows. When satisfied i top it off with a black beanie. I brush my teeth, making sure not to run into my snakebites and tongue piercing. 

After I'm finished, I head downstairs and grab a Blue Zero Monster and some Doritos. I make my way to the living room, plopping down onto the couch. I pull out my phone and begin to text Abbey.

ME- Hey

ABBEY- Hey

ME- There's this festival today down at Crown Center. You wanna go?

ABBEY- Sure. I've got nothing better to do.

ME- K. I'll be over to pick you up and we'll head on out there. Be ready.

ABBEY- Kay

I put my phone away. I grab my wallet, keys, and jacket. I head out to Abbey's house. It doesn't take her long to get out to the car as we head off to the Festival.
