My name is Isabella Caroline Marks. I go to a school full of different varieties of groups and people, but I haven't found where I belong. I'm always to school on time and I have always had good grades. I can't say that I am a good girl knowing my past...

CHAPTER 1

FIRST DAY HERE

"RING,RING ,RING "  My mother set my alarm clock ughhh. She knows I hate that thing, but she always does this... "Isabella, are you awake?!!" My mother yells. "Yesss mom, I'm up!"  I hate the first day of school, I have no friends and I doubt that I will make anyway in this hell hole they call a school. Today I start going to Springview High, which is a huge haunted castle looking school.

I went in the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. When I got into the bathroom I noticed a tiny box sitting on my counter. I curiously opened the box and found a small locket on a silver chain. when I opened the locket there was a picture of a beautiful woman, she kinda looked like me but her hair was much longer. I ran downstairs to ask my mother about the locket but she said she hadn't seen it before. I ran back upstairs thinking of where this locket came from. I went through my dresser trying to pick out my clothes. I picked a tan and white button down, blue jeans with the tan thread on the back pocket, and my brown knee high boots with the heels. After I got dressed I ran to the bathroom and wond curled my long brown hair and neatly did my makeup. I only wore a light amount of gold eye shadow, a thin line of eye liner, and some light pink lip gloss.  

I went downstairs to see if mom was ready to leave ,but realized her and my baby sister Jordan were nowhere in the house. I walked outside to see that mom and Jordan were in the car waiting for me. "hurry up Isabella, your going to be late on your first day!" mom says. I ran and got in the front seat of the jeep. I swear the ride to school was like an hour long. I was glad thought because I was so nervous.

When we pulled up to the school there were a lot of teenagers standing outside. I looked back at my mom "can we just go back home please. I don't wanna go in there." I sighed. "no Issy you have to go ,it's your fist day starting the 11th grade." said mom. "please!!!mom I don't think they are gonna like me.I don't even dress like them. "I sighed.  "stop worrying. it does not matter how you dress...you won't know if they like you unless you get out of the car." mom said.  Mom kissed my forehead and I got out of the car. As soon as I stepped out everyone staired at me and whispered amongst themselves.

I walked through the crowd of teenagers standing in front of the school doors. Before I got to the door a girl with curly light brown hair ,wearing a black jacket and a blue shirt approached me. "hey are you new this year, this is my first time seeing u? " she said." yea it's my first year." I said. "my name is Mariah Thomas, nice to meet u"  she said before sticking her hand out for me to shake it. When our hands touched her hands were as cold as ice ,making me pull my hand back to my side. Before I knew it Mariah was gone and so were a lot of the other students. I quickly opened to door and walked into the huge school building. I took my schedule out of my bag, to see that I had English first period in room 17E. I walked up and down stairs and hallways, but couldn't seem to find the room. I heard a noise behind me ,making me jump. I turned around as fast as I could ,to see a tall handsome boy walking behind me. "do you know where room 17E is and could u show me? " I said "yea that's where I'm headed!." he said.

I followed this boy until we reached our destination. I looked through the glass window on the room door and saw that the lights were off. "Are you sure this is the room?" I said. he answered with a quick "Yess!" then opened the door. It was too dark in this room to see anything when we walked in, so we both looked for a light switch.
