Through that silence, I look out the window to see the city with cyclers, children, families, busy roads and workers, diva's and almost 1 million people in one place. Incredible, I think to myself. And all of a sudden, Kakeru collapses right when he left his bed. Nobody knows the reason as to why he got up, but Suwa claims that Kakeru was turning red and possibly could not breathe.

Even though I had school the very next day, I begged my parents to let me skip it and stay at the hospital. With their emotion of reluctance, they  still gave me permission to do so.
"O-okay, Mama and Papa. I'll come back home tomorrow evening along with Suwa." I finally say a little bit after Suwa ends the call with his Mom and shoots up a thumb, meaning that he was allowed to stay overnight. We exit the light green painted waiting room and meet with a doctor, whom smiles politely at us.

"Great news is coming your way. Nanase, Kakeru is alive of course. We found the reason of his collapse. Through this," The doctor reveals a picture of a tube that is meant to be inside of your nostril. ", we have proven that it was unplugged by a certain machine that stores certain nutrients that Kakeru needs in his body. That food goes through this nearly thin tube and enters his body through his nose. Last night, Kakeru was non stop tossing and turning, so the tube was left open and the machine was automatically turned off." The doctor told us with understandable information along with a timeline on the whiteboard. "Oh but... his health is a high concern at the moment so his intake of nutrients will be doubled, making him hyper yet he may not be able to speak as he digests it all. It may make him feel knots in his stomach or give him a headache but we will put some sleeping gas in his system. It's 8 pm as of now, so he may be up and healthy around 10 am tomorrow morning." The doctor smiled as he greeted us goodbye after we thank him for his great help. Suwa and I exit the hospital and leave to a nearby bakery, where our friend Azu's grandparents work. Her parents do own a bakery in town by the same name, which, we do visit quite often. I grab 2 curry breads , 1 cinnamon roll , 3 red bean buns and 5 packs of rice cake which I am in love with.
