P.O.V.- Alexis

My head was pounding as i heard the screaming. There was no where to run. They already killed mom and dad. It was only seconds before He'd find my scent. I ran out of the house into the woods. I kept running until i reached the town. I turned to enter a building, Everything went dark as i slowly began waking up. I heard voices. One was deep the other was soft and another was a female. I figured i was in hospital. I opened my eyes seeing the two men i saw earlier and a woman checking a monitor next to the bed. "Shes awake Luke"said the boy with crystal blue eyes. The man i figured was Luke came towards me. My heart started pounding. Why was i here? Dad never let anyone take me out of the house before. "Can you tell me why you tried to kill yourself?"asked the man. I stared at him scared to say anything. He cocked his eyebrow. "Was it because your father beat you?" He questioned. I started shaking, i was really scared now. What if dad sent them to actually kill me. The second man stepped forward. "Well" asked the man again. I slowly nodded shaking more. The montior beside me started beeping loudly. The second man stared at the nurse. "Aren't you gonna do something?"he asked. She went and stabbed my shoulder with a needle causing me to scream. I closed my eyes grabbing the sheets. It hurt so bad. The man with the crystal eyes gently touched my shoulder causing the pain to slip away. "Im Luke and this is my brother Alex."said Luke. I looked between the two boys and slowly nodded. "W- Why am i here?"i asked quietly. "Why wouldn't you come to hospital after what happened"said Alex. The nurse came into the room again. "She can be released now if you would like alpha."said the nurse. He nodded walking over to the pile of clothes sitting them on me. "Get dressed so we can head to the pack house"he ordered. I stared at him confused. Pack house? Why were these men here. Why wasn't i at home waiting for my next beating?
I was brought to a black truck. The two boys were waiting for me. Luke climbed in and was in the driver seat. I was put in the middle while Alex sat beside me. Alex reached over my lap buckling me in. I blushed hard. He just gave a smile. Luke started driving to the pack house.
