It was January 29th. The day,Mari's birthday and also their 1 year anniversary. Mari, Lee Jeno's small and adorable girlfriend, was confessed to on January 29th 2015.

Jeno was now on his way to Mari's house and couldn't help but laugh at the great one year the two of them had had. He was planning to take the girl out and bring her over to his dorm to stay the night,he had already spoken to Mari's parents so that he would have permission to take the girl out all day.
12:00pm
He had finally reached the girl's house and saw her standing outside of the house in her favourite outfit which Jeno just happened to be matching with (coincidence? i THINK NOT). "Mari baby!" He said as he saw the girl. "Jeno!!!" She said excitedly and hugged Jeno before he twirled her around. Mari giggled and was soon put down,she looked up at Jeno and smiled. "So what are we doing today?" She said,excited for what the day would bring. "Well you,my cute little thing, will be with me the whole entire day! I've already talked to your parents so don't even worry about them." He said whilst putting his hand around Mari.  Mari looked at the boy with wide eyes, "Wow really!! Lee Jeno you've got everything planned out" the boy was very please by the reaction of the girl and cracked a cocky smile "Mm yeah~ I'm great I know~~".  The girl laughed at the boy and the boy soon took something out of his pocket. "Here,this is for your birthday..." He took out a necklace with a Minnie Mouse charm on it and put it around Mari's neck. "Oh my look at my pretty girl,I'm so lucky to be able to call you mine" he kissed her cheek and embraced her. Mari looked down at her necklace and smiled "Awwww!!! It's so pretty I love it!" She looked up at the boy and smiled. "Yes~! When I saw it I immediately thought of you~" he looked down at his hand and lifted his hand up to reveal a bracelet with a Mickey Mouse charm on his wrist. "You're the Minnie Mouse to my Mickey Mouse~" he said cutely and laughed at the cheesy yet cute words he said.
1:00pm
Jeno brought Mari to the park and the two of them played like small kids on the playground. Jeno couldn't help but smile at Mari playing on the playground like a child. He had brought some food for them to eat together,he laid down a picnic rug and took out the picnic basket. "Have you eaten angel?" He asked while looking at her still playing on the playground.  Mari looked at Jeno and shook her head before running to the swings like some 5 year old seeing another child get on the swings. Jeno chuckled and shook his head and laid all the food out on the picnic basket. "Mari honey the food is done come and eat!" He said loudly and Mari came over to Jeno and sat next to him. "You're enjoying yourself so much and not paying any attention to me..." Jeno said softly and pouted. "Ah~ I'm sorry baby! You know I love you a lot right?" She smiled and pecked Jeno on the lips as Jeno nodded and hugged her. The two of them ate together,Jeno regularly feeding her and Mari just enjoying the food. Once the two of them had finished,they both went back to the playground and played together just like how they did when they were younger.
3:00pm
After a while of playing at the playground they packed up and went on a walk. They walked,hand in hand until they bumped into the rest of the nct dream members who seemed to be taking a break. "Oh! Jeno!! Where have you been? We didn't even know you went out." Mark exclaimed before looking at Mari. "Oh,you were with Mari the whole time. Does our manager know?" Jeno nodded and looked at the rest of the boys. "Of course he does! I wouldn't go out without him knowing!!" He said and looked back at Mari. Mari smiled at the boys and waved. "Oh yeah! Happy birthday~! Jeno told us a while ago it was your birthday and one year anniversary today. You two are cute,I hope you have a nice time together~" Jaemin managed to speak out. Jisung peeped behind Jaemin and nodded. "Aw thank you~!" Mari said as she held onto Jeno. "What are you all doing anyway?" Mari asked them and tilted her head. "Well we're on break and decided to come out...the boys want ice cream" Mark answered and looked at his group members. The boys all nodded with excitement, "yes yes ice cream!!" Mark sighed and shook his head "it's hard being the group leader sometimes...". Mari giggled at Mark and looked at Jeno, "Do we have time for ice cream?" She asked making sure Jeno was okay with it. Jeno nodded and they made their way over there with the rest of the dream team
3:30pm
They all arrived at a ice cream shop all together and entered the shop. "What do y'all want?" Mark asked and looked at the menu. "Can we really get anything!!!" Chenle said cutely,his eyes sparkling while looking at the menu. "Yeah yeah,hurry up and tell me what you want" Mark said and rolled his eyes. Chocolate,strawberry,cookies and cream and many other flavours were wanted and Mark just sighed and ordered all of it for the younger kids. Mari looked at the cookies and cream ice cream that she had ordered with her mouth watering. "Wah!! Thank you so much Mark!" She said to Mark and bowed her head before quickly licking her ice cream. "No problem birthday girl." Mark said to her and nudged Jeno. "oW wHAT wAS tHAT fOR" Jeno exclaimed and frowned at Mark. Mark motioned towards Mari and Jeno immediately smiled before pulling Mari close to him and kissing her. "Mari you're so beautiful,I'm so lucky to have you in my life." Jisung and Chenle watched what was happened intently and Mark snapped at them.  "Oi Jisung and Chenle stop looking at them like that-" he said and shook his head. Mari smiled and hugged Jeno but giggled at the scene that was happening with Jisung and Chenle. They all talked and enjoyed the company and the boys soon had to go back to the company. "Ah we've gotta go back now.." Renjun said and looked at his watch. Mark nodded and stood up. "Thanks for a great hour! It was fun~ let's do it again one day" Mark smiled and bowed. All the other boys waved and smiled at the two of them before walking out of the shop.
4:30pm
Jeno looked at Mari,"You hungry? You're coming back with me to the dorm and we're gonna spend the rest of the day there so do you wanna buy any food to eat back at the dorm?" Mari nodded and stood up. "I feel like pizza to be honest..." she said softly and smiled.  Jeno nodded and stood up too "K well I'm gonna order pizza,there's marshmallows and snacks in the dorm already so we'll just go back,eat,sleep,cuddle and spend time together~" he said cutely and held Mari's hand. Mari nodded and thought it was a great plan.
4:45pm
The two of them reached the dorms and entered. The members looked at them with wide eyes. "Oh! MARI IS HEREEEE" Jisung said and ran to the door,bowing at Mari. Jeno winked at Mari and laughed, "Jisung doesn't even say hi to me. He's too excited that you're here." He put an arm over Mari and looked at Jisung in the eyes. "Jisung don't get too close,Mari still belongs to me." Jisung looked at Jeno who was only a little bit taller than him and nodded. "Yes hyung...." Jeno rolled his eyes and patted Jisung's head "Dont be so sad...you have miri!" (wowoow look @ me bwahaha) Jisung suddenly cracked a smile at the thought of Miri and walked back over to Mark. "Well we'll be in my room!" Jeno said and brought Mari over to his room. "OI KIDS DONT DO ANYTHING INAPPROPRIATE" Mark called out after them "Trust me we won't" Jeno yelled back. Mari immediately went into Jeno's bed and found the marshmallows and other snacks he had bought. Jeno got his laptop out and placed it on the bed before climbing onto his bed next to Mari. Mari watched Jeno on his laptop as he turned on 'Sleeping Beauty' and opened it up. "Sleeping Beauty!!" Mari exclaimed. Jeno nodded and smiled before going outside to get the pizza. He came back with the pizza and set everything out on the bed,the pizza,the snacks and the movie. He played the movie and the two sat there snuggling,eating and watching sleeping beauty. 
6:10pm
They finished watching the movie and most of the food was gone. "That was such a great movie I could watch it all over again!" Mari said and giggled,Jeno laughed and looked at her "I'm pretty sure you've watched it more than once. You really do like that movie don't you?" She nodded and smiled. "Well what's next?" Mari asked and tilted her head. Jeno slouched down in bed and shrugged. "I don't know to be honest...if you want we can go outside and talk to the members for a while or we can just stay in here and talk." He said and looked at her eyes. "Let's just stay in here,it's nice snuggling up in here and eating marshmallows! Can we listen to some music?" She asked and took his laptop. Jeno nodded and smiled "Play whatever you want~~" Mari nodded and put some music on. She danced and sung along to the music with Jeno. Sometimes the two of them wouldn't sing or dance and just talk with the music going in the background. The two of them were cuddling at the same time and Jeno took photos of the two of them together time to time.  The members heard the music and would come in and sometimes sing for them or dance for them or even with them! It was a very fun environment and everybody enjoyed talking,dancing,singing and eating together.
9:10pm
The time passed by quickly as they didn't even realise it was already 9pm and they soon had to sleep. Jisung yawned and Mark looked at him. "Ah I think we should all be going now. It's nearly time for bed,kids go get ready." Mark said and looked at all of them. "Okay! Well Jeno have a nice time with Mari~~" Jaemin said and dragged Renjun with him. "Oh yes hyung have a nice time! Byebye Mari~~" Jisung said and Chenle shook his head and quickly got him out of the room. Mark was the only one left with the two and he smiled at them. "Mari it was nice seeing you today and happy birthday again! Jeno treat her right okay? Be safe kids. Good night~" he said and closed the door. Mari sighed and laid on the bed. "Jeno thank you so much for everything really,today was great and I've had an amazing one year with you." Mari said and looked at him, "you really are amazing and I love you so much. I don't know what I did to deserve you." Jeno smiled and looked at the girl before leaning in and kissing her,his soft lips touching hers. "Oh Mari,you're so beautiful and you deserve me you really do. You're just as amazing and it's a privilege to be your boyfriend." Jeno smiled and kissed him back before pulling him in and hugging him. "I love you Lee Jeno" "I love you too Mari"
The two of them fell asleep in each other's arm and that was the end of Mari's birthday and their one year anniversary
