1.You MUST comment on the Request Form chapter to get your cover,no matter who you are!
2.Please give credit to me in the description of your book!
3.I will only do a cover for your book 5 times,in case you don't like it.But no more than 5!It's no fair to the people who haven't gotten their cover yet!
