Chapter 8: great that you folowed my advice.

It was time to go home and i was leaving all my stuff in my locker. Melanie was waiting for me outside to go to my house to do a project.
"Hey, Alice." A familiar voice said next to me and i saw Frank approaching me. Luckily, the asshole wasn't with him. I couldn't get how such a decent human being could be best friends with a piece of shit like Zac. There was something very odd in that.

"Hey, Frank. Did he unblock you?" I asked focusing again on my stuff. A notebook fell to the floor and he picked it up for me. "Thanks." I said as i took it from his hand.

"Yeah, at lunch i forced him to. I still don't know what it was really about tho." He shrugged, leaning against the locker next to mine.

"He's just that stupid." I said and he chuckled.

"You know, i don't get how you two fight like hell when you are so friendly and nice actually."

I was going to tell him i didn't get how he was so nice yet friends with him when the fuckboy himself appeared.

"Frank, why the fuck are you talking to that bitch?" He approached us frowning and Frank rolled his eyes. Me, being as mature as possible, i stuck my tongue out to him . "Lets get outta here before she gives you some deadly infection of the one's shes full of." He added walking past me and i bumped my shoulder against his, making him stumble a little bit and i smiled triumphal at his glare.

"Guess i better go, bye Alice. See you tomorrow." Frank said as he rushed to catch Zac and i weaved at him before going back to fixing everything inside my locker. "You know," i overheard Frank telling Zac, "she can be a really nice person if you're not arguing with her."

I smiled to myself at his words.

"Suck my balls, dude." Zac replied.

I closed my locker and fixing my bag over my shoulder i walked out of school. Melanie was sitting at a bench next to the door. "Ready?" She asked when she saw me and when i nodded she got up, walking next to me.

"Whyyyyyyyyy?" I whined as my mom left my clean and folded clothes over my desk.

"Don't be such a fuss, Alice. They invited us and so we are going."

"But why also Zac?"

"Because Maggie and Thomas happen to also be friends of them, so they invited them too. And i warn you, you better behave or else." She said walking out of my room. She turned to look at my and rolled her eyes at my pouting. "Now stop whining and start getting ready. We're leaving at 7." And with that she closed the door behind her.

I sighted and looked at the clock on my desk. It was almost 6pm. I grabbed my phone and got into the bathroom.

It was Saturday and we had been invited to dinner to a family friend's house, and Zac was going to. Tessa, Melanie, Taylor and i had planned to go to the movies, but now i had to cancel. I texted to the group chat to let them know i couldn't go and opened Spotify, playing my Panic! At The Disco playlist on shuffle.
I turned on the shower and while it heated i took off my pajamas in which i had been all day. I stepped into the shower and after testing the water with my hand i got under it, letting it wet my hair and whole body.
