I woke up the next morning to a nightmare, and headache. I decided to message Troy.

I dropped my phone on my pillow and sat up

He's awake? Why?

Is this a sign? Then again it is 3 am and I'm mentally out of it.

*I'm going back to sleep now , night :* *

He sent me the :* OMG he totally wants me! I messaged kali my best friend since last year

*troy messaged me the :* he wants me ;)*

Why is everyone up at 3 am tonight!?

That morning I woke up to 12 missed phone calls! and 7 voicemails. All from..... Troy. What's wrong he never calls me. I called him back

"Hello? Ali? Alison ? please I really need you"

"I'm here Troy what's wrong"

"I can't do this anymore Ali "

"What can't you do troy"

He started to cry.

"Live, I don't want to live."

"Troy listen to me Troy, Troy!"

"Yeah"

"I love you"

"I love you too best friend"

The line went dead no more then friends Troy... Y couldn't I just say that fast enough! I rushed to my brothers room

"Jackson can u drive me to a friends house right now"

"Sure lets go"

The best part about having a older brother he can drive.

When we arrived at troys house I told my brother I'll call him when it's time to pick me up. I practically ran to his door. As soon as I rang the door bell his mom opened the door a average sized women with long beautiful brown hair and the brightest hazel eyes I've ever seen. "Are you ali?"

"Yes you must me mrs. Rivers"

"Troys upstairs crying and I don't know why. He keeps calling ur name."

"he called me and I came as soon as I heard how hurt he was."

I ran upstairs following the sobs of Troy. until I found his room.

"Troy? it's Ali can I come in?"

the door instantly flung open revealing a puffy red eyed Troy. even when he's crying Troy is still sexy. I went to hug him but he backed away "ali please don't touch me,i don't want to hurt you" I stepped in further into his room and saw a rope hanging in his room with a chair beneath it. "Troy,no don't do this Troy please"

just seeing it made my heart shatter.

"I love you Troy but not as a best friend, I always loved you Troy!"

"I love you too Ali but only as a best friend. that's just another reason I need to die. please leave Ali I would like to make this quick"

"I'm not leaving Troy" I walked closer to him and kissed him. but he pushed me away.

"No Ali I can't."
