"Yes dad I'm fine. I will be okay here it's really nice.... I have to go I'm at my new dorm now. " I said while pressing the end button and shoving my phone into my pocket.

I probably look like such a freak. I'm dragging like ten bags down the hallway.

I pushed open the door and stumbled in. There was an empty bed in the corner and I flopped down on it.

"Well hi there" I heard someone say in a British accent.

I didn't even notice anyone else in here..

I lifted my head and saw a brunette staring at me from her bed. She had pin straight hair and I could tell she was wearing a lot of makeup. She wore a open flannel with a cami underneath and ripped jeans.

"Oh, uh hi.. I'm Haiden." I said with a small smile.

"I know.. I'm Maddy." She said.

What do I even say back. I'm literally so socially awkward oh my god. This should be interesting.

"Why did you come at the end of summer? Instead of the beginning of the summer like everyone else. " she said with a small chuckle.

I stood up and began unpacking the things for my bed as I spoke. "Oh well I had to go to a wedding in New York and then go back to California to pack then come all the way here to London" I explained.

"That explains your American accent". She said.

I just smiled at her and continued unpacking.

"Want help?" Maddy asked.

"Yeah sure"

She walked over to me and unzipped my duffel bag of clothes and started placing them in drawers.

"You have the cutest clothes ever." She stated. "We have to go shopping together sometime"

"Haha thanks and that sounds so fun!" I said.

I'm glad Maddy and I are getting along so well. I was actually worried that my room mate would hate me.

"You know..." Maddy started bringing me out of my thoughts. "I'm so glad I got you as my roomie. I can already tell we're going to be best friends."

It's like she read my mind.

"Are the people here nice atleast?" I asked.

"Most of them yeah.. Speaking of that I can't wait for you to meet two of my friends." She said with a smirk.

After we had mostly everything set up Maddy offered to show me around campus.

"So first I was thinking I would show you the boundary."

"Umm what?" I questioned.

"The boundary, you know, where the boys dorm rooms are."

"Oh yeah I get it."

"Well here's the thing... Technically girls aren't allowed over there but it's not like they guard the doors so we go there anyway and they come here too." She explained.

She brought me to this glass wall with double doors. The same as the girls hallway.

"We actually come here quite often" she said stopping at the doors.

"We?" I asked.

"Oh me and my friends. I'll take you to meet some of them after!"

"Um who's that?" I asked motioning toward a really attractive guy with black hair and tattoos staring at me.
