                                                         PROLOGUE

MADDI:  It started when I fell in love. I didn't mean to. It just sort of happend. Though, you can't blame me. Harry's gorgeous. With those captivating green eyes, his dark curls, and his everpresent British accent, you would have to be insane not to love that boy. Though, I didn't always love him. In fact, I used to hate him. He was a player, a typical 19 year old bad-boy. Compared to me, a quiet, some what nerdy,  soon to be architect, Harry was an upright jerk. But somehow, maybe fate, we ended up in the same dorm. A mix up in the system caused me to meet the love of my life. Though, he'd rather us just stick to being friends. Not that I'm complaining... he's great, now that I know him better. I just wish we could be more. He may be rock-solid on the outside, but that boy has got a sweet heart.

HARRY:       I'm in love. There. I said it. Maddi doesn't know that, though. And I DON'T plan on telling her. I don't want to ruin the friendship we've built up over the past few weeks. How we got in the same dorm, I don't know. But the past few weeks have been great. Who knew such a small girl could be so great on the mattress? That's not the point, though. The point is, Maddi is the most beautiful and sweet girl I've ever met. And trust me, I've met more girls than I can count. She doesn't treat me like a criminal. She treats me like I'm special. And to think, we hated each other when we first met. Now, I can't think of life without her.

MADDI: It'll be easier to explain if I go back a few weeks... September 18th to be exact. The first day I set eyes on Harry Styles.
